This place is amazing! I came here for the first time to get SNS manicure and fell in love! I recently got my nails done about a week ago at another salon and it did not turn out right. My nails looked three weeks old only after 5 days. What a waste of money and disappointment. I was referred here by a friend and glad I came. The salon is neatly organized and pretty cute. The nail technicians greet you immediately upon arrival. I like the welcoming and friendly vibe when multiple people say hi to you. There are so many color options to choose from. I was having a hard time because they were all so pretty! I remembered at my previous shop I usually take a long time picking colors only because I felt like there were less options and in fact I had to buy my own colors. Well one less stress and issue now that I found this place. I was kind of in a rush but was able to get in and out in one hour. Did I mention that my old SNS needed to be removed as well? The technician name is Angel and I will definitely come back for her. She made me feel comfortable while trying to help me choose the color and shape that I wanted. I previously did a square shape, much longer nails, and could not type on my computer or text on my phone. She made some suggestions and I am so glad to try something new. She was attentive to what I needed and wanted. I absolutely love my new nails that when she was about 60-70% finished I kept saying, "love it!". I was excited to find a place so close to our hotel and one that can do nail art. I called about 5 days ahead to get an appointment and confirm they can do the artwork I wanted (ombre french manicure). Welp. I walk in and show them what I want. Nothing fancy. They tell me to sit down and don't tell me outright that the lady who DOES do the nail art... isn't here that day (despite me calling to confirm and make an appointment with her). It's wasn't until they kept trying something, looking at my nail over and over, curing it, then convincing me that the traditional manicure is better and looks better. I was frustrated bc they weren't honest and swindled me into getting my business. At one point, I pulled up the business page on Google, and she tried to convince me it was the wrong business or phone number.... so I called the number in front of her... TWICE. And their phone rang!! They were very quiet after that. Because of the wedding I was there for had an event that evening, I couldn't just get up and find another place. Very disappointed with the lies and being honest and trying to give a subpar attempt at the design because they still want my business at the end of the day. Booked a 5 pm appointment for SNS mani and spa pedi. Nancy took the best care of me! The moment I walked in there was a chair and warm foot bath waiting for me. The chairs, oh the chairs! Not only do they massage with great force, they recline much farther than other salon chairs. I’m almost 6 feet tall and never feel quite comfortable, but these chairs really provided me with ample leg room to stretch out and honestly relax my leg muscles. I’m usually tensed up trying to keep my feet where they need to be! The attention to detail is unmatched and Nancy asked several times along the way how I liked everything.
