DXL Big + Tall — Local services in Atlanta

I have to thank Muhammad Khan that works at DXL Store 9015. I always get excellent service when I shop at Destination XL. However, on this particular day, I really needed help. It was two days before one of the most important days of my life. I was to be married to the love of my life on April 7.

So on April 5, I went to another store to pick up the tuxedo I had rent 6 months earlier. Unfortunately, the suit was too big when I got there, the pants fit awkwardly, and the shirt was poorly made. I looked terrible, and I was so angry. I was in full-out panic mode. The people at the other store didn't even care that I looked a total mess. I know what a tuxedo is supposed to look like.

Moreover, I know what I'm supposed to look like in a tuxedo, and that was not it. I know that I'm a big guy, but that doesn't mean I don't deserve to look good, especially on my big day. Moreover, my wife deserved me to look my best because I knew she would look stunning.

That being said, I took their tux off, got in my car, and went straight to Destination XL on Peachtree Road in Atlanta. I told Muhammad about my situation, and he went right to work. Needless to say, everything turned out better than I could have expected. Everyone complimented me on the tux. More importantly, my wife thought I looked great, and her opinion mattered so much. I had the pleasure of shopping at this DXL Location earlier this morning and to say that the customer service that I received was world class is an understatement. I was taken care of by Harold, Mohammed, and Ralph and they are truly exceptional at their craft. When I entered the store I was immediately greeted by Mohammed who within 20 minutes picked out everything that I asked for. Harold introduced himself and helped me identify some shirt and tie combinations that were outstanding. He is a true natural at clothing sales and has an outstanding personality in dealing with his customer. This was my first time ever shopping at this store, and I will definitely be a customer for life. Their selection is exceptional, but it easily exceeded by the superior customer service that their entire team provided to me today. You can tell that they all work closely together as a team to take care of their customers. I will be eternally grateful for their help today in averting my wardrobe crisis.
