I was in town visiting my aunt for the holidays. I practice buti yoga at home with the online videos but have never been to a live class, there are some provided in my area but they aren't hyperlocal and my non vaction schedual is not so open. It was a goal for me to make it to a live class while in ATL. I went online to find a live class and Atmasphere popped up, so glad it did! You can schedual online and your first class is free!!! My instructor was Heather, she is the only Heather on their instructor list on their website, and I immediately felt confident in her as an instructor. Heather gave a quick intro to her self, she has 6-7 years of traditional yoga knowledge and is also a buti yoga instructor, and a small intro to buti yoga itself. Heather's play list was on point! Very tribal music with some fun upbeat songs between. I loved how attentive she was during the entire class, adjusting music volume and moving around the room to show proper form so everyone could be on the same page without stopping the vibe and flow for one student. I was beyond impressed with her as an instructor. How she lead our savasana was beautiful and powerful and couldn't have been any better. Read moreThere is not enough space in which to list all of the good things about BACH! I, too, discovered BACH almost by accident, through their VIRTUAL classes, two states away. I was just trying to get back into some established fitness routine, and here we are, 6 months later — I have never worked out this consistently before, nor have I ever enjoyed it like I do now ((all thanks to BACH)). Even through the screen, they make you feel welcome and invest in you and your workout. They are steps above the rest. Working out from home - LIVE - is an invaluable option. My husband and I work out together now, and even our three children join in (they receive instruction from time to time, too)! It’s perfect for our family. The fact that we are seeing results is actually just icing on the cake! Give BACH a chance, and you won’t look back.

Read moreI've been going to BACH Fitness for about three years now, usually twice a week, and I absolutely love it. The instructors are top-notch—knowledgeable, motivating, and always keeping things fresh with new routines. The mix of strength training and cardio keeps workouts engaging and challenging, so I never get bored.
The amenities are great too, with clean showers, lockers, and even a café where you can grab a cappuccino or protein shake after class. The staff is super friendly and makes you feel like family, which adds to the whole experience.
