Thanks to the wonderful staff at Rose Bar! From the front door when we arrived, to the very last person we interacted with we left, everyone was chill, patient, and professional. Definitely top notch (and you definitely need to book a section in advance; shout out to Princess and Carter! And I saw Tatianna’s review below so I made absolutely SURE I got the section I paid for). My only con is you should NOT be charged for water if you’ve booked a section (especially if you’ve booked THE LARGEST section in the building, ijs). After spending almost $2K for 4ish hours, imagine my surprise for an additional charge of $80 for the bottles of water. And let’s face it, you MUST HYDRATE (hydration is not an option for human life) Besides that, good experience! And if I booked again, I would ask if I could bring my own sealed bottles of water if I’m booking a section. TO MANAGEMENT , add an additional $30 to each section booked for unlimited bottled water (especially if you want people to continue to buy bottles. Or pay for a filter water system so you can serve tap). As long as this venue continues to try to keep the customer experience in mind, they’ll be alright and you’ll have a good. And let your patrons know when it’s “90’s/early 2000’s night”, I asked multiple times (via text and social media) and couldn’t get a straight answer. If I’m booking your largest section for my 10+ guests, I want to know the music to expect. And yes the bathrooms were attended and CLEAN ladies. And I felt a great level of safety for both me and my guests (there was a security/bouncer outside my section, and I...
Read moreI wish I could give zero stars. My friend was in town celebrating her birthday so I decided to try this lounge out. I reserved a section on their website that showed different sections with the picture provided and the price. I paid for an $1100 section that was supposed to fit 10 people or more. When we got there, it was very clear that the section they put my party in was not what I paid for. They gave the section I paid for to another party. When I showed my phone to the waitress, she verified that we were indeed in the wrong section and that we should be in the bigger one that was occupied by other people. I asked to speak to the manager and some guy came over trying to convince me that I was indeed in the right section. The section we were in was so small that we kept bumping our legs into the table anytime we tried to get up and dance or move around. When clearly on their website it described the section that was occupied by someone else. We were put in a small section in the corner which is the one I specifically read about online and skipped over because of the location and size, even though it was cheaper. The “manager” left and disappeared after trying to convince me that the section the other people were occupying was actually two sections put together. He was so unprofessional and all I asked was that the difference be refunded back to my card. This was on a Friday and the club wasn’t even all that entertaining to be honest. I definitely wasted my time and money and will never be back. I hope this review can help someone else. PLEASE...
Read moreMy sister’s husband picked this place for her after party spot. She was celebrating her 35th Birthday 🥳. $20 parking. DJ was average. It was difficult to find a place for our large group of 12 to stand clear of walkways. We opted to sit in the bar area. The entire bar seating area was $900 bottle service only. THAT SUCKED! But we paid it anyway. Short lived!! My sister had been drinking liquor at her birthday party so we requested that the bottle girls give her water only. One bottle girl accidentally poured her a glass of champagne instead. Surely unintentionally!! My sister sipped it and seconds later, she threw up on the floor in our private $900 section. The club manager Lawrence walked over shouting at the security, “ I need you over here” We quickly learned that we were being escorted out almost immediately after taking our seats. No refund since the bottle girls had popped the bottles open. Lawrence explained they were doing their job. Lawrence was impossible to communicate with. The security guards were cool, easy to talk to and understandable. I don’t typically “club” so this may be the norm. We certainly understand that everyone was just doing their job to provide a safe place for all patrons. We would have appreciated more respect from the club manager, Lawrence. He’s condescending and...
