On 1/2/25 I ordered a bracelet from their website because they were having an excellent sale. Unfortunately, the charge processed but I didn't get any type of receipt or order confirmation. For multiple days I couldn't get through to anyone in the company (calling and texting) and I was extremely frustrated. Ultimately I received a call from a person in their online order department who informed me that In spite of the information shown on the website and the acceptance of my order, they did not have the item in stock and my only option was to accept a smaller size. I was not happy. What ultimately salvaged the situation was that in my attempts to get assistance, I had sent a message to Jenee through WhatsApp. She was the one that understood my frustration, went to management and was able to persuade them that I had a valid issue and the result was a price adjustment that made the sale worth pursuing. I really appreciate Jenee's help as it was her intervention that will keep my family doing business with Icebox.
