Don't fall for their Groupon vouchers and advertisement . Know what you want and what you are getting into . Unless and until you are sure of their service and how they are going to provide , don't use their service . I bought a voucher and it cost me about $ 260 . There was ease to get an appointment perhaps because of the amount. I have some light pigmentations on my nose and on my cheek bones . And it's not bad but just wanted a flawless skin without the pigmentations which are light and small . That was my first treatment and after research about the treatment I bought the voucher since it was more effective than a chemical peel and the downtime is also less . Moreover, since my case wasn't severe pigmentation or sun spots , one treatment would have done wonders given the fact that people with severe acne scares needs only 2 treatments. Unfortunately , the Asian lady , who gave me the treatment avoided my nose and cheek bones which were the affected areas for which I went for the treatment . She went on treating the jaw areas facial skin . I thought she examined my face and she would also treat the affected areas like the way she treated my unaffected areas . Since my jaw hurt so much I didn't realize that she didn't treat my affected areas properly in the hope to lure me back for another treatment for $600 in the following month . I only realized that my affected areas of the face hadn't been treated after my face was heeling and when it healed I was confirmed . The affected areas didn't peel much and I didn't see my new skin . It was the same old skin with some dry skin which I rubbed off .But my jaw skin peeled and my new skin was exposed even though I didn't need since there was nothing wrong with it in the first place . I got text messages to schedule for the next appointment for the next month but I texted back writing about the same things I am mentioning here . The owner , I thought was nice lady but I think she also knew after seeing me my face how the treatment went. I am sure she instructed to give such lousy treatment just to lure people to have more treatments . Honestly , I don't have severe problems to go for more treatments . Just once a year would have been better . $260 wasn't a less deal either. My purpose was to lighten up my nose and cheek bones areas , after examination of my face if she could give such a treatment , and ripped off all the trust I had to let them even treat my face . Sorry Ecobel , you did a lousy job to keep your business going . Honestly , that's not how business thrives , everything can be low but there should be quality in service and everything you provide . I thought atleast I would visit once a year for the same treatment but No !! I would never recommend your business to anyone . Anyone reading this learn from my mistake. You cannot really tell a big difference until you see the before and after photos in which Iām satisfied with. I can see why people get addicted to lip fillers! I already want to go back. Ebony was great and the staff was very accommodating, complimentary and kind. I would recommend this to a friend, but I will say to not worry about swelling a couple of days after. My swelling was rather severe, but my lips are settling nicely. Thank you Ecobel for a great first experience with fillers!
UPDATE: I wanted to appreciate this service so badly. However it is 4 weeks later, and I see no difference in my lips. I called Ecobel to ask if this happens because after a full syringe, one would hope that results would last, the receptionist told me that my body could have already āmetabolizedā the Restalyne. Very inaccurate statement. Itās physcially impossible for someone to metabolize a full syringe of Restalyne within 3 weeks. I have many friends and colleagues that work within plastic surgery and aesthetics. They have all stated the same. Although the staff was very friendly, I feel as if I wasted my money with no results and with little response from the staff. Iām pretty disappointed.
Update to in response: I did not refuse another syringe...To refuse would mean that I was rude to the staff. That I was not. I was not offered that upon calling after my procedure. I was offered that the same day as my procedure and I did not want another syringe as that was my first filler appointment. I discovered this deal on Groupon, and I was not aware that deal still stood 3 weeks later. I was told to make a follow up for which I saw no point in returning if I was not satisfied with my results. Which answers also the accusation of me āthinking that I was owed another syringe for freeā haha. If I wasnāt satisfied with my results, I would not return even if the service was free. Ultimately, I swelled tremendously two days afterwards and was only hoping that that swelling would go down knowing that the swelling was normal. I really liked Ebony. She was really nice. As I said. But I think that the miscommunication is a big problem amongst staff. There is no possible way that my body metabolized this product in 3 weeks and that is where my frustration stems. It was my second time back, as I wanted to build my lips up and the first place I went to I feel like they really didnāt do anything, here after the first visit I noticed a big difference. After the second visit I can see a change in shape and Cupidās bow right away. Just you should not be like me, know what you want when you go in and bring pics of your end goal lol. *donāt let my pics scare you lol, I just bruise and swell super easy. They are very gentle, and checked thru the whole procedure to make sure I was comfortable. My mouth was VERY numb, and even now I donāt have any pain, I just look like I fought Rocky š they recommended Arnica tablets and what to do/not to do as well, and make you feel at ease the entire time. Also to those saying āI want a natural look, not like super big changeā I asked for the Kylie Jenner/Angelina Jolie Pillow Russian lip technique rather than a natural look. It was just my personal preference, cause Iām a flashy person š and I hate wearing make up so if I can throw on gloss and mascara and look like a million bucks in jeans and a nice bag cause I have that ānatural beautyā GREAT.
