Campanile Parking — Local services in Atlanta

Parked last Sunday 4/11/21 at 6:26 pm. At 7:30 pm I was ready to leave and went to the kiosk and paid. I was charged $7.00 for that hour. Took my paid ticket and went out. Inserted the paid ticket at the exit terminal and the bar didn't lift up. Verify the payment and the kiosk was recording the wrong date of the day. It reads 01/01/00 and I assumed that is the reason the exiting terminal didn't recognize the payment. Unfortunately no attendant was in sight at all and when called for help got no response. Used this place for work (monthly parking), it is a smaller parking deck and still open to the public so things get tight when events are going on in Midtown but still a great place to park and deal with. The gentleman that handles the monthly passes is great as well. Very clean...
