Kale Me Crazy | Health Food Cafe Buckhead Atlanta — Restaurant in Atlanta

We placed a rather large order with Kale Me Crazy Buckhead today and unfortunately our food was mislabeled leading to an office member (a vegetarian for dietary reasons) eating meat. When we called to remedy the situation - simply ask that the particular wrap that had been mislabeled be remade - we were met with hostility and a lack of care. Not only did the MANAGER argue with us about how to fix this issue but they hung up on the office member as well.

Before hanging up this "manager" agreed to refund the order that was mislabeled however this doesn't exactly fix the issue of half of someone's lunch being eaten and someone else becoming ill due to them ignoring our requests.

If you want to eat there be prepared for rude workers and the wrong food. God forbid you have an allergy.

While the food here is delicious and one of the only healthy options for me to grab a healthy lunch and breakfast.The customer service and treatment from staff is so below the bar. I probably spend $60+ here weekly. I have spoken to the store manager personally about the attitude of the staff. Upon my last visit the cashier told me to have a seat and that she would bring my food to me….(this was Likely because the owner was right behind her) as soon as her boss left I sat there for over 20 minutes after my food was ready expecting her to bring it over, I went to the counter only to find out my food was just sitting there. Staff doesn’t smile, they will ignore you. I’ve had cashiers allow other customers to cut me in line because even though they were not ready “they were in the store 1st” so as much as I love KaleMeCrazy I now come...

Update in response to owner's question: I went here for the first time after spin class on a Sunday morning with my wife and some friends. The place was clean and there were a handful of customers. My wife and I ordered the breakfast wrap and pesto wrap to split. It took a pretty long time for the food to come out (maybe 10-15 min or so, if I had to guess), considering there was no wait to order. My friend was in a hurry and almost had to cancel his order because it took so long. When the food came, it was really tasty but very small, especially for the price. In the future, I would have to order multiple items to be full which would be too pricey. Overall, this was definitely a tasty, healthy place (duh) but the price per calorie was a little too...
