I’ve been having issues with me seeing my son . On the schedule weekend and holiday weekend. Judge shermela Williams granted a person who I had domestic violence with to have legal custody over my son. They gave us joint custody but the judge refused to allow him to follow the court order and keep allowing him to violate custody rights. I’ve sent many videos to the mediator Ms Megan miller. And they still let him have my baby. This is a form of complaint that the judge shermela Williams and judge Emily sent my son to live with an abuser. I haven’t seen my son since I lost my grandfather December 28th or 2024. I have a lot of curiosity about how the courts runs the system, and I want someone to reach out to me , I’m been looking for my son for months. I don’t know his where abouts, and or where he sleeps. His dad isn’t stable and don’t have a home. The home he supposed to live at he sells drugs in . My son is in a dangerous environment with staying around his dad because he sells drugs, I’ve also complained about him being sick to dfacs and the other parent which is his dad sending him not decent enough to go out. Old small shoes and clothes that cause me to buy my son more shoes and clothes . After I buy clothes his dad takes them and I don’t see my son any more. I want these judges removed and the mediator Megan miller removed. As well as the dfacs workers that’s not doing a welfare check on him. And not giving me an update. Think the county of Fulton need to be accountable for their own actions and decisions because I’m paying for mines as we speak. I can’t locate my son and it’s hard enough talking to the other parent who I was in a domestic violence relationship with at the time. The clerks office won't help with anything. I needed property info to fill out a lien (District, Section, Lot). They refused to help and said that the only way to get this info is to pay for a website subscription. They have these PUBLIC RECORDS and refused to provide them. I called and they hung up after I waited 30 minutes. I used their chatbot and the person who finally answered said they won't help. They only give the option to pay to access that info. I work in dozens of counties and states and this info is supposed to be publicly available at no cost.
