State Court — Local services in Atlanta

Absolutely nothing justified, clean or even professional about this place and the people who work in it. The heavyset blonde bald head lady that look like Ms. Pearly I dealt with today in room J135 for my traffic citation was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DISRESPECTFUL. I want to start by saying it is not my fault that YALL ARE BEHIND AND HAVE BEEN HACKED OR HAVE AN IT OUTAGE (whatever y’all claiming it is). My only concern was handling MY CITATIONS. So when I first got there I presented my traffic tickets/FTAs and she said I’ll be getting my release forms for the DDS and a rescheduled court date so I had a seat …. Everything was fine (now I should note my bf was with me) I made one statement to him as we’re sitting and that was I did not receive my court date in the mail for the tickets I received (again these tickets DATING BACK 7 years AGO!!) I was told they just put them in the system January 2024 so my whole question was how did I miss a court date for something that was JUST PUT IN and it’s February 2024 ….. anyway … She then chimes in and goes on this long rant about how I’m not the first person this has happened to and just giving me attitude about the fact that I didn’t change my address with the courts like I was just supposed to know to do that …. So when I say well my address with DDS and the usps is up to date she gets even more triggered and pushes the clipboard and slaps a pen down in front of me to fill out for an address change. My whole thing is the lady was so hostile and rude to me and I was just looking for a solution but it wasn’t until she said I won’t be getting my release forms that I’m like ok you can get mad all you want but you not gone play with my name or freedom …. So at this point I’m like ok get me somebody else because how is it fair to tell someone they’ll be receiving the release forms they need in order for my license to not be suspended and then because you catch an attitude or just hate your job you decide to take it out on me????? That’s ugly and alarming! She need to be fired unless y’all are going to get her some counseling… put her in a dark room with a bunch of files because that may be more suitable since she don’t know how to speak to people without getting aggressive (verbally and physically). Today 3/12/18 I called and spoke a females FC, I say that because she did not respond like a lady or someone who’s working for the state of GA getting taxpayers money for actually doing not a dang thang as they say she had much attitude over the phone. I was trying to find a court date called about 3pm Chicago time, when she answered the phone she never said her name she was eager to toss me to someone else not allowing to get much out, finally I get to tell her and the next thing i’m listening to sounds like commercial ads this went on for 3 minutes I hung up called then when I told her she had me waiting without saying how she would help me, she said it wasn’t her then gave me another phone number to call so i called that number and a message said Hello This Is Debbie🤔Is that how things have changed that a worker leaves a dam message on a government phone like it’s her own private phone I mean what State or Federal or any government office does this🤔Very, very unprofessional, embarrassing and right down ignorant! I hung up hell I didn’t know who Debbie is ,so I called back again and it sound like the same person female but again she says wasn’t me then stated , I’m going to connect you to who you need to speak to ... Hold on to your pants now this is a doosey , unexplainable, but happened next , suddenly there’s a mans voice on the phone, and i’m getting relieved that finally someone’s gonna try to help me, so i’m going on about my concern and then he begins to say ma’am, ma’am so ok I figure i’m talking to fast or to loud so i just shut up then he ask who am I and I tell him and why I’m calling, so he says “I Don’t Work Here I’m Trying To Speak To Someone About Getting A Tennant Out Of My Building, I’m A Landlord. 😂 But not funny a waste of my time a waste of their State Money, these people should be individually investigated that work for this department and when proven they are simply collecting a check while Bullshitting Be F’ Fired! I have read a plethora of the reviews under the Fulton county page and honestly I don’t understand the ideation from others. My recent call to the Chief Deputy Clerks office was beyond what was to be expected. I held a few issues that resulted in me being given the run around in regards to correcting my issue. Fortunately this time I was put into contact with a Ms. Nichole Milton. Right away she went above and beyond to ensure my situation was taken care of. Not only did she do all that was at her hands reach but she called any and everyone she felt could solve my issue down to contacting DDS. I won’t go in-depth about my issue however, I no longer reside in Atlanta, Ga so attempting to make my rounds from office to office from California was out of the question. This equating in little to no change, making my situation harder to solve. It took her roughly three days to help me. Daily she contacted me to ensure she hadn’t swept my issue under the rug as so many do when the issue is problematic. I received a call from Ms. Milton earlier today and instantly I assumed I was to be told I would have to find means to return to Atlanta as there was nothing more she would be able to do. To my surprise however she was calling to tell me the exact opposite. She had found a means to solve my issue. After much strife and being provided the run around herself she stayed true to her word. It is understandable that many may not take their jobs as seriously as they should. But honestly try not to over generalize them all for the tedious issues others provide. There are some really amazing and dedicated individuals who will provide you with the attention and energy we all yearn for in tough situations. These 5 ⭐️ goes out to Ms. Nichole Milton! I pray more individuals take the time as you have in the future..
