Heaven in Midtown Furnished Apartments — Local services in Atlanta

I booked an apartment in this building through Expedia (hotels). The apartment was very dirty. This apartment was not in a condition to be offered. One of the room had a strong smell of marijuana smoke, because of this my children slept on a sofa. One of the toilets was out of adjustment. The assigned parking was occupied by another car. All of this was reported to the management of the property but they didn't care. I had to leave the property because the situation was very bad and uncomfortable and I had nowhere to park my vehicle. I booked for 3 days, but only stayed for 15 hours. The property management refuse to return a partial refund. They play with the rights and money of the clients...

Awesome weekend girls trip to ATL! I stayed here with 3 of my besties and we had a great time. The apartment was clean, spacious and in a great location. We felt safe and the host communicated with us the entire time. Not sure about the other reviews, but we enjoyed our stay. Do not recommend. The apartment was extremely dirty that it looked like they barley cleaned anything before we arrived. The floor was sticky, there was a cigarette wrapper, and the apartment smelled bad. We had to find another place to stay because our assigned parking was occupied.
