Currently staying here and shocked about the reviews I'm reading. There must be some real yuppity people out there, impossible to please. I'm staying here for 5 days while my mom undergoes a spinal corepectomy at Piedmont Hospital. We really enjoy the layout and how roomy the apartment is. We are used to staying in hotels for her medical trips. Not only was this cheaper than our previous hotel while visiting the same hospital, but you get a lot more room and amenities than a standard hotel and has lots of storage (many closets and dressers). We even booked the same morning as arrival and saved money versus our previous hotel. The staff greeting us upon check-in was extremely pleasant and knowledgeable, very accommodating. We did not need to contact the host for any reason, the staff was accomodating and everything was in order in the apartment. All the staff I've seen since checking in have been very sweet. I enjoy having my own room so I don't have to hear my mother snore. The white noise must have put me to sleep because I slept better last night than I have in months. The provided heaters were plenty useful for this recent cold snap. The a/c worked well upon arrival when we wanted it. There was provided coffee, soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, fully stocked kitchen (stoveware, utensils, etc) I like the location, should I get bored I can walk to the Aquarium or World of Coke. I just swam with the whale sharks on the 7th for my 36th birthday so I may walk back there and say hello to my new fishy friends ๐ง๐งโโ๏ธ๐ก๐ ๐๐ฆ๐ฌ๐๐ฆญ๐ฆฆ๐ง
We will be staying here again on our next trip to downtown Atlanta. We very much appreciate the price for the accommodations and being able to book last minute for a serious medical appointment. We cannot say enough good things about Landmark Apartments. 100/10 highly...

HeY____ I hope that you have settled in alright and that you are enjoying your stay. Please let me know if there is anything you need or if I can assist you in any way. Here are some details for your reference: Guests should note that the condo is located in the heart of the city and there is pollution around the area. The parking garage can get creepy at night, and there are often houseless individuals around the area and outside of our building. Note that the parking lot is on-site but privately owned. The owner is not very responsible, so you may see the trash, which is unfortunately beyond our control. Please find another parking lot if you are not comfortable. AC and heating are available seasonally. The AC is a PTAC system - wall units controlled by the HOA without a thermostat. We check the weather frequently and try to notify guests if we think it can be problematic, which may happen in transition seasons like the start of Spring or Fall. If you have very high standards for the temperature, we may not be your good choice. Please remember you are in a condominium with other residents and owners. As your hosts, we try as much as we can to be available from 830am to 930pm but please note - we may be in a meeting, at a doctor's appointment, and after-hours, sleeping. If you need a lot of assistance after hours and guaranteed immediate responses during the day, this may not be the condo for you. Always here to help, Stay away when in the cold season...
ย ย ย Read moreHorrible customer service. I was a guest of someone that has an Airbnb at The Landmark. I parked in the visitors parking and asked the tenant if I needed to sign in out loud in front of everyone at the front desk. No one at the front desk said anything. The tenants said we were good as long as we parked in visiting. Another person came to us later in the Airbnb and tell us to go sign in. They werenโt originally there when we first arrived and we were given wrong information when we first arrived. When we returned downstairs we again asked if we needed to sign in and we were then told to move the car to paid parking which we were willing to do. We went back upstairs to get the keys to move the car and go back downstairs to notice that the car had been towed. The tow truck driver said that they were called when we first got there. So instead of letting us know to sign in when we first arrived they knowing let us go upstairs and had our car towed after we asked in front of them. They knowing has our car towed to get money. Why allow tenants to rent out apartments and not offer parking to their guest? Also why not give us information when we originally arrived? We asked these questions and...
