We used PocketMaps last year and had a great experience — the product was high quality and well-received. Based on that, we came back to reorder for this year. Unfortunately, our recent experience has been a complete disappointment.
Despite reaching out in April and clearly communicating our firm deadline in mid-June, we faced weeks of silence, repeated follow-ups, and an overall lack of responsiveness. Calls, emails, and texts often went unanswered for long stretches. When I did get through, I was promised the order would be expedited — yet weeks later, it's still stuck in production with no clear status or delivery date.
We paid promptly and expected at least the same level of service as before. Instead, our university summer orientation season — which started a month ago — has gone without the marketing collateral we were depending on. It’s been frustrating, stressful, and deeply disappointing.
I sincerely hope PocketMaps can return to the level of professionalism they once delivered, but I won’t be working...

All other printing companies I work with can generate updated proofs within minutes, maybe an hour max.
