We leased an office space from them. they are horrible to deal with. run away and do not lease from them if you come across an area with their lease sign (mainly in west atlanta area). issues don't get resolved, and oh yeah, they will keep most of your deposit even if you leave the place in perfect condition and will come with a made up reason such as "tax increase". and if you sign an office lease contract with them, you are pretty much signing away any rights you have. the one sided contract is there to protect them and not you. so read every word and make sure you change the contract so you can have your basic...
