, I've finally had a chance to take some time and write a review. I was booked a facial as a birthday gift and had dinner at the intercontinental hotel  buckhead for my birthday . the moment I walked in to the spa I was greeted with a smile, Then my esthetician Violeta introduced  herself and explained the steps for the facial ,she analyzed my skin throughly to choose the best treatment for my skin, my facial was one of the kind and very relaxing,  my skin looked better then ever before,  I had the most beautiful glow  , i was also treated with glass of  champagne ,I left feeling very relaxed and happy they even validated my parking ticket,  i received compliments on my skin all day after my facial. I've been recommending Violeta to everyone I know she'an expert at her craft 🙌, She even took her time to walk me through and showed me the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center. I decided to take off work and truly have some me time. I booked the Me Time package for an AM appointment and from the time I arrived to the time I left the premises the service was exceptional. Starting off with the manager, ShaRon, and calling the day before, the customer service was above reproach. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and welcoming. Next, my massage with MiMi was top tier. It had been a while and she worked every kink with intention and care. Hands down best massage I’ve had in the past few years. Lastly, my facial with Jeamae was awesome. I was literally falling asleep bc I was so relaxed. I had to keep telling myself to stay awake so I could soak in every moment. Not a great experience... no real amenities, don’t fall asleep or in turns into a lotion rubbing session. I needed a massage not to be petted. Then when I asked for a muscle To be worked on, she stuck her hand so hard I to my leg that I about came off of the table. It’s a shame because she started with a wonderful technique but maybe she was tired at the end of the day. I really needed the massage since the beds are bad at the Intercontinental. Broken down old spring matteresses with featherbeds on top trying to hide the sag but in the morning, your back does not lie. Over priced, cold atmosphere and not with the money with a 20%...
