First I would like to say that I have been to many other Fresh To Orders and have never had a complaint until I came to this one. I particularly like to frequent the one in Chattanooga, TN. My family came into town to visit. We rarely see each other. We went into this location on May 10 to celebrate Mother's day, but to also celebrate my birthday which was days away. Upon walking in we notice there was no one to greet us, let alone take our order. We waited for about 3 to 5 minutes. We noticed an African American girl sitting down on the phone using inappropriate language. I'm assuming it was her boyfriend she was on the phone with due to the sexual nature of the conversation. We made eye contact with her, and she still remained seated. She finally gets up when she is done with her conversation. Went to the register to take our order. Didn't smile or greet us. She just asked, "What are you all having today?" The only time she actually smiled was when she giggled while trying to be condescending to my mother when she didn't know exactly what to order since she has never been there. Even questioning, "You don't know what that is?" Obviously not if she has never been there. She even laughed when a drink was dropped on the floor. So we sat down and the food came. The soup I ordered was not what she rung me up for. Trying not to ruin my mom's mothers day. I simply asked her to replace the soup with the correct one that I originally ordered. Never came out. I wasn't surprised. When we were leaving we noticed that she was totally different when the clientele was Caucasian. Laughing, joking, and checking up on them. Even my mom noticed. It blew our mind. She didn't even come out once to see if we were satisfied after food was brought out. I will NEVER come back!!! Tried to call and complain, but the phone is broken lol. Read moreI'm so pissed I could cry. I'm a new vegan so I call myself trying to eat healthy and I was referred to fresh to order from my hotel manager. (I'm visiting in Atlanta Buckhead) Anyway I ordered lentil soup, a cup of fruit, a vegetarian panini, a Caesar salad some for now some for later. When my food arrives which was really fast, I opened the panini and ate more then half when I noticed a long brown hair So of course I threw it away. I got in bed with the cup of fruit and was f*~king that fruit up. It was so good. I was pretty close to half done when I saw a D@MN WET FLY LAYING IN-BETWEEN TWO OF THE GRAPES. Whyyyyyyyyyyy 😡😡😡😡😡 I'm so mad. The worst part is the call back into the store speaking to the manager last night. This goofy had the nerve to offer me my money back for the fruit cup. No mention of reimbursing me for the panini. Or my whole order for that matter. The bottom line is, mistakes happen. But when there's hair and bugs in the SAME ORDER I'm thinking u guys are very unclean. I'm reporting this to the board of health. I've attached a picture of the fly in my fruit. I had already threw the panini away and wasn't about to look threw the sandwich to find that one ass piece of hair. Ugh I'm so irritated at his relaxed response. Like oh well! Wait but why did he offer me a free meal? 😳 ARE YOU CRAZY? Read moreFor the most part, their food is good. Today their customer service was pathetic. I place an order for Coconut Chicken with Rice online and paid for it. I received an email stating the order was confirmed. After a 30 min wait, I went to pick it up only to be told they were out of coconut sauce. You have to create a profile for online orders which include your phone number. I asked why I didn't get a phone call only to be asked what else I would like. So I told them and had to wait for another 15 mins. The person who was running food walked around the restaurant with a bag. He asked me what I ordered and I told him. He walked away the went to the manager and the manager pointed at me. The guys was confused because the print out still said Coconut Chicken.
