I see my first review was deleted. But this is HORRIBLE.! The old manager was never around, never answered phone calls or emails. My fiancée passed away and she was supposed to help add my name to the lease and get us into another apartment. She removed my daughter’s name off the lease and wouldn’t accept my rent payment. She let it carry on for the next month and filed papers (all while I did everything to contact her to pay) for court. Got in court and lied and said my income wasn’t enough to afford the rent and I basically overqualified for the place. So she put my daughter and I out on the street and they didn’t even give us a month. The lawyer is just as rude. The roaches in this place is out of this world, the walk ways are filthy filled with druggies and bags of drugs. The neighbors, smh, well some of them have NO RESPECT. Kids who don’t even live there come and tear the property up and they got the nerve to worry about you picking up dog poop. They don’t fix anything and the apartments are disgusting. DO NOT MOVE...

They are advertising studio apartments for rent ready right now that are not. Village arms. Go to their website and you will see. All you have to do is fill out a $35 application fee. They charged me $60. The regional manager told me yesterday he would refund me if I didn't want to wait for a unknown date to move in. I told the receptionist. She told me I'm not getting refunded after she was there when the regional manager told me if I wasn't satisfied he'd refund me. I've also started a fraud cause. Plus this place Is so ghetto. Don't rent here. Don't believe me? Go on a tour. Don't text though. The receptionist doesn't return text, emails or calls. I asked when I called does she check the messages? She said when she gets to them. Also the office manager no longer works there she said. And the regional manager either. They just taking application money from whoever...
