We signed our contract with Brady (Premier Pools) in December, 2021. The first 2 months went smoothly – as soon as we signed the contract the excavation began, right after the plumbing and rebar were completed, then pouring the concrete, and then tiling and coping. By February we were ready to get electrical and plaster completed, which is where the entire project went slow. Right around the time when Brady moved away from Premier Pools and signed with Pinnacle, our project manager either quit or was let go, and Brady became our project manager. After not returning our calls or emails, Brady came over and mentioned he’s going to make things right and we’re going to get the project completed. Between March and August, all that was done is the electrical work (3 hours) and water & heat pump installation (4 hours). We had a lot of superficial quality issues because there was never a project manager on site. Contractors come and go, and we are forced to review their work and email Premier to fix things. Some of the big misses were quality of the tiling work (they had to redo), the grout for the coping (redone 3 times), the corners and the edges of the coping were damaged and their attempt to sand them was very poor, installation of the heat pump was ridiculous as they put it 2 inches away from corner wall (heat pumps require plenty of air flow), the electric boxes for the lights were installed facing the pool (instead of tucked away on the side wall like all other electrical work), and auto-filler plumbing was never properly completed and till this day is still incomplete. All of this stress and headache could easily have been averted if they just properly communicated. There was either no response, or very poor response. The best way to describe them is that they simply do not care. We started researching for lawyers and calling other pool companies to see if they can finish our pool, but most did not want to take on someone else’s pool, which stressed us out even more. At the end of 8 months we were able to start using our pool. The auto-filler is missing its caps and overfill plumbing, the spa doesn’t have any decorative limestone like it was promised, and coping edges are still an eye soar. We heard from some landscapers that the coping has to be sealed or else it will get mold growing on it. We sent email to Premier and, no response.

Y'all I wrote a review a while back, but I cannot edit because I had to get a new google account due to my old one getting hacked. First off, I love my pool and that has never changed. However, it started leaking 3 weeks after it was finished and I kept in contact with Premier Pools but it never got fixed. It's now leaking on all sides and the spa is pulling from the house, the pool is pulling from the spa and both skimmers are leaking. My home's foundation is even being effected. It's a hot mess. I have had to retain a lawyer because I'm terrified at the financial disaster it has become. The owners are members of my community and I have a heavy heart writing this. I feel the owners are not assertive when it comes to dealing with construction issues- obviously. I have been very patient throughout this time due to the pandemic and supply issues. But, I really do not want anyone to chose this builder and have the same problems I had.

Premier Pool and Spas finished my family's pool after the original company went bankrupt. They finished the pool quickly and professionally. It looks amazing and is so much fun to enjoy a swim and relax in the hot tub. It even lights up at night! My dear friend Shayla works for the company and I've had nothing but great things to tell her and friends about how much my family has enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Great company to choose!

My wife and I decided to build a pool after 4 years in Texas and called several pool companies. We met with Pinnacle Pools salesperson Dre. He walked us thru the process and designs that fit our wants and needs. I asked him to hold our hands through this process (bad reputations with pool companies in the public eyes)which he did. He was always available with any questions and concerns. Thanks Dre. Our project manager was Fred. He also kept us informed and respected our constant concerns with our project with a caring and professional demeanor. He went beyond his call of duty to help us during the construction and since the completion too answer any questions and help with anything we needed. Thanks to Pinnacle Pools for employing individuals that really care about customer...
