Had a permanent bracelet and anklet done here. They both ended up coming off but put my anklet back on. Things are bound to happen. I also bought a tennis bracelet this past week and it literally fell off of my wrist not because it was unclasped but because it broke. I go back and they give me another one YESTERDAY and same thing happened today. You can’t even say it’s wear and tear because I had it for a day and it literally fell off of my wrist as I was sitting on the couch and it’s only a day old. It was $60 so I am very disappointed. I have had 2 and it hasn’t even been a week and they both broke. Maybe come here for permanent jewelry but I will never buy actual jewelry here ever again. Quality is terrible. Wish I could get my money back was not cheap at all.

The shop is so cute and the took the time to make sure it was exactly the length I wanted and then the welding process was so quick and easy. I see another one in my near future! Would be such a fun thing to do for a girl’s day out! Also, I love their simple but well made and pretty earrings. Definitely a huge fan of the jewelry and the amazing woman-owned local brand!

We went in there with high recommendations and amazing reviews but NOT worth the hype extremely rude staff, not helpful at all. Would not recommend going this place to anyone if you are wanting to spend your money on permanent jewelry or anything else they offer. When we walked in yes there were people in there but to hear one of the staff member say to the other staff member GET THEM OUT OF HERE WE HAVE NO ROOM FOR THEM IN HERE! So without any help what we wanted nothing the associate was like we can't help you with anything today we are just too busy,, then why do you have your door open with sign walk in welcome!! I have ordered earrings online. I loved how the look and wear. However 5 months later gold cover started to peel off and they look aweful and cheap now. Very disappointed, won't purchase any jewelry from that store again.

I want to add update to my previous post (above). I decided to change my rating from 2 starts to 4. After my review, customer service contacted me and offered restoration of my earrings free of charge. I sent my earrings back and with a week or 2 I had them back and they look like new. I don't know how long they will last, but I am impressed with great customer service. Well...
