I had to file a dispute with the better business bureau. I have purchase 2 bracelets from Pandora but owned 3, due to one having to be replaced by the store due to its faulty clasp. All 3 pieces are gone, and Iâm not careless. These pieces fall off and just not quality jewelry. I have owned Tiffany for years without the same issue.
Long story short, my husband after me requesting to never buy their jewelry again was convinced by the sales lady in the Towson store that the charm bracelet he purchased will not have the same issue. However within a month the bracelet is gone just like the other two. At least the others lasted for a year. This is obviously an issue with their quality of jewelry. We donât over $800 on this brand with charms and the purchase of the bracelets and nothing to show for it.
Pandoras response to my complaint with BBB was sorry for your loss we can offer 25% off your next purchase. How about have some integrity and return my money for your faulty jewelry and your unethical salesperson convincing my husband this item would be different then the others. Just a horrible experience with this well branded store with low quality jewelry and horrible client relations. I have nothing good to say about this store but NEVER will we patronize them again. You live and learn, wish I could give zero stars. OBVIOUSLY THE JEWELRY IS DEFECTED IF IT COULD JUST FALL OFF MY ARE 3x thankfully I found it the 1X AND THEY WERE ABLE TO REPLACE IT WITH THE 1 year warranty. HORRIBLE AND THIS RESPONSE TO THIS TEVIEW FROM THE BUSINESS IS PROPF THAT THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE. I had the lasted charm bracelet for only a month and it fell off my wrist not because of size but because they unsnap and thatâs why they sell the cheap clasp holder which is horrible. My bracelet would be hanging dangling open with the clasp chain holding it. Horrible jewelry. Go get yourself some Tiffany & company you pay more but it appreciates and you will have it a lifetime. You love and learn and this was a lesson to stay away from...

Pandora has completely failed me as a customerânot just with a defective product, but with total disregard for communication standards and resolution timelines clearly stated in their own policies.
I submitted a warranty claim for two items: ⢠A bracelet with a broken clasp that made it unwearable ⢠A second bracelet that discolored with minimal wear
Pandoraâs Hawaii store returned the item unrepaired, despite it being under warranty. I submitted full documentation on May 19 and again May 23, 2025, including photos. The May 23 emailâcontaining the clearest documentationâwas ignored.
After limited response, I submitted a professional escalation request via email on July 3, 2025, asking for: ⢠The $213 e-gift card they had offered ⢠An additional $150 goodwill credit for the time lost, emotional stress, and poor handling
Per Pandoraâs own service standards, escalated claims should be responded to in 48â72 hours. I received no response at all.
After 10 days of silence, I filed a BBB complaint on July 13, 2025. The BBB forwarded the complaint to Pandora on July 14, and instead of engaging or addressing any of the valid concerns, Pandora closed the case entirely on July 15, 2025âignoring the escalation, the ignored documentation, and their responsibility to follow up.
This wasnât one oversightâit was a chain of failures across in-store and corporate channels, with zero accountability, zero transparency, and zero effort to resolve the issue.
For a company that markets itself around meaning and sentiment, Pandora has shown me that customers are disposable once the purchase is made. I will never shop with them againâand I strongly caution others to review their warranty and escalation policies closely before...
Read moreThis review is for their website. I submitted an order for roughly $200 during the Labor Day weekend. My order qualified for a promotional bracelet (~$75 value) which I selected and put in my basket. However, without notifying me, the Pandora system removed the promotional bracelet from my order because I had also used a first-time customer 10% discount for it. It did not tell me it would do that, did not notify me that the two offers cannot be combined. Nada. You would think, had I been given a chance to think and choose which promotion to use for this order, I would have preferred to get a free bracelet as opposed to getting $20 off my order. Not at Pandora website, apparently. The incentive that affected my buying choice was removed without notifying me. That counts as false advertising in my book. When I reached out to Pandora customer service, the representative told me that there is nothing she could do about it, because two offers indeed cannot be combined. What she offered me was a return label to return my purchase if Iâm not happy with it. Dismissed me, to put it simply. I donât want to return my purchase. Instead, I expect Pandora to follow through on its promise. So far, as a first-time customer, I am not impressed at all. Not very good business sense (and attitude TBH) from...
