I recently moved to Bellevue and am so glad I found Barre3. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and inspired to work on my health and well-being.
The instructors (Ashley, Hilary, Brittany and more) at Barre3 are incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, and supportive. They create an encouraging and inclusive atmosphere where everyone, regardless of their fitness level, feels comfortable and motivated. I appreciate how they pay attention to proper form and provide modifications, ensuring that you get the most out of each workout.
The studio itself is clean, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The soothing ambiance and calming music make every class a joy to attend. Plus, the equipment is top-notch, and they provide all the necessary props, so you don't have to worry about bringing anything with you.
Overall, I can't recommend Barre3 highly enough. It's more than just a workout studio; it's a place of positivity, empowerment, and transformation. If you're looking to enhance your fitness journey and be a part of a wonderful community, Barre3 is the place to be. I give it five stars...
Read moreI have taken six Barre3 classes so far. It feels more like a cardio and HIIT workout compared to other typical barre classes, but I have really enjoyed Barre3! (I receive a promotion for this post, but I gave it five stars even without it.)
What I liked so far: The studio and the restroom are very clean. Most of the instructors were friendly and motivating. I appreciate that they correct my form during the workout to help me achieve better results. It's also great that they offer modifications to challenge ourselves. I particularly enjoyed the 45-minute classes during lunchtime. It's efficient to be able to work out even on busy days.
What I wish they had: I would like to see more 45-minute lunchtime classes available. I prefer smaller class sizes so that I can move around and check my form in the mirror more easily when the class gets crowded. I also wish there were more exercises focused on abs, back, and arms since the classes tend to primarily focus on glutes and legs.
Overall, Barre3 is great, and I'm looking forward to continuing to take...
Read moreI have been attending barre3 classes in Bellevue for the past five weeks, and I have already taken seven classes. It has been a great experience so far. All three of the instructors, whose classes I have attended, are very friendly and full of energy, which makes the classes even more fun. I have been taking Ashley's Cardio 45 class for five weeks now and I recommend it to anyone new to fitness classes. It is challenging at first, but with consistency, I already feel an increase in my stamina. During my first class, I had trouble with the parking and was running late, but the instructor was very kind and set out a set of weights and a resistance band for me so that I could start my workout as soon as the issue was solved. So far, I have taken the cardio and signature classes and both were intense but doable. You are able to go at your own pace and the instructors offer modifications to make the exercises easier or more challenging. It can be intimidating to attend a new studio, but barre3 made me feel welcome and...
