Terrible experience at this studio. I was denied entry to my very first trial class simply because I arrived 10 minutes early instead of arriving 15 minutes early. Please note that on this day, the road to the studio was completely blocked off, cars were not allowed to pass through, forcing me to re-route end moment but I still managed to arrive early to class. The studio was completely empty at this time, yet the trainer refused to start the check-in process, citing a rigid policy without offering any explanation as to why 10 minutes wasnāt sufficient for the sign-up.
What made the situation worse was the trainerās attitude - rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic courtesy. Instead of communicating respectfully, I was spoken to in a dismissive tone and made to feel like an inconvenience.
Even more frustrating was the fact that other members were allowed in late simply because they were not new. So clearly, flexibility exists, just not for first-time visitors. That kind of double standard speaks volumes about how they treat potential new clients.
I completely understand the importance of having policies in place to maintain order. But to enforce them so rigidly, without logic or compassion, and while treating people poorly, is simply unacceptable. A gym, especially one trying to attract new members, should strive to be welcoming and supportive, not cold and exclusionary. I wonāt be returning, and I strongly suggest others think twice before giving this place...

It is very refreshing place to workout with loads of light & that it doesn't smell like most typical gyms do. Every month, there is some challenge going on to keep members engaged. Tony & Katrina are great - both as owners and as Trainers. Very flexible and accommodating for change in plans/cancellations, etc. I gave 4 stars because there is definitely room to improve. Here are few: 1) would be great to see the workout plan in the app before hand, even if it is not very granular, some sense of upper body, full body or lower body, etc. 2) HIIT is great but Strength/Lifting is important too - the challenge is that there is only one Traincentric session in a week for lifting. If you can't make this class, need to wait another week. Would be good to add another session. 3) Friday evening - there is only one session @4:15... if you can't leave work by 4 on Friday, then you miss the friday workout. I workout MWF evenings, so find this an issue but understand that this might not be the case with everyone. 4) Definitely a bit pricey for an HIIT gym. I paid about the same for a crossfit gym in Seattle. This is Bellevue. The punch card plans don't make sense if you are like me, looking to workout 3...

They have gone above and beyond to accommodate their clients and help us stay on track with our goals during this crazy time. I was super intimidated my first class, and Nicole, Joshās wife, whom also co-owns and teaches a lot of the classes, basically took me through the whole class herself. That level of personal attention and care speaks perfectly to the company as a whole. Iāve done a lot of the group-training classes, as well as one-on-one personal training with Josh for going on one year now. I am beyond happy with my results so far! I can genuinely say he cares about my progress, and provides an extremely well-rounded and challenging program to help me reach my fitness, strength, and aesthetic goals. They offer a wide varied of strength-based classes, cardio, fitness, flexibility, and endurance training.
In addition, Elevate has been SO accommodating during the Covid pandemic; they currently have an online/on-demand program, which is spectacular and I highly recommend. During the various phases of restrictions, they seamlessly adjust accordingly and provide their clients with live online classes, as well as personal workouts, if preferred.
