Thank you thank you thank you for welcoming those of us in your shop that are not able to wear masks for health reasons. There are so many places that are illegally forcing (or trying to) mask wearing for ALL, no if's, and's or but's. That is incredibly disappointing and sad. There are a good deal of us that cannot wear masks but still want to get out and support the local businesses in our town. I hate hearing and seeing of tourists that come into our small, kind, compassionate community spouting all their big city drama and attitudes. Bend and Central Oregon are known for being kind and loving. I hope people can extend grace and assume the best in others, not the worst. We walked by this little shop the first day we arrived in Bend, from Bellingham, and when we wanted to visit it again (as my wife saw this lovely jacket on day 1 but decided to hold off until we experienced a bit more of town) do you think we could find it? NO! So thankfully on our last day in Bend, two days later, we fell upon once again and MADE THE PURCHASE! The store has very unique and WELL PRICED items from hats, to jackets, shirts etc........our next trip into Bend will no doubt include another visit to Faveur, and we cannot say enough good things about the help we received...
Read moreWhile they do have cute clothes, I just tried to return two items I purchased 3 days ago and was very unkindly informed that the store does not issue refunds; only store credits. There is no sign warning customers. The clerk did not warn me of this. I don't want a store credit. I want my money back. The store obviously does not care about providing customer service.
