I recently had the pleasure of getting my hair done by Nader at Sholé Salon, and I am absolutely in love with my hair! Nader has a way of making hair look longer, healthier, and shinier with his expert touch, and I couldn’t be happier with the results.

From the moment I walked into the salon, I felt a sense of calm and beauty. Sholé has a stunning open-air vibe, complete with gorgeous, healthy hanging plants that bring the space to life. There’s even a big beautiful mirror near the entrance, perfect for a post-appointment selfie with a lovely plant-filled backdrop!

Nader himself is nothing short of amazing. He’s calm, kind, gracious, and humble, and his observant, detail-oriented approach to cutting hair makes me feel completely safe and comfortable in his care. I’ve had experiences in the past where stylists went too far with the cut, but Nader truly listens and respects my wishes. He never takes more than I want off, which is such a rare and appreciated quality.

Today, my hair feels refreshed, polished, and far less frizzy. My waves are enhanced beautifully, and the ends look perfectly healthy and smooth. I’m overjoyed with how it turned out!

I went to this salon on a recommendation, but I deeply regret trusting it. From the moment I walked in, Shayna, the stylist, acted like she was doing me a favor by even acknowledging my presence. Super dismissive, barely made eye contact, and seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers than listening to what I actually wanted.

I showed her reference photos and explained clearly that I did not want anything drastic. Somehow that translated to her chopping off way more than discussed and giving me uneven layers that I’m now stuck trying to grow out. One side is literally shorter than the other. I pointed it out, and she got defensive instead of apologizing or offering to fix it.

The whole appointment felt rushed and careless, and to top it off, she left dye stains all over my hairline. No cleanup, no mirror check, nothing. I left the salon embarrassed and honestly furious. I’ve had better experiences at cheap walk-in places than with Shayna.

Save yourself the disappointment. Don’t book with her unless you want attitude and a haircut you’ll have to hide under a hat for a month. I would give zero stars if I could, but in this scenario, that’s not possible. Anonymous account by the way. Don’t try to contact me...

I'm NOT exaggerating when I say this is hands-down the best haircut I've ever had. My hair is fine but I have a lot of it so it gets super heavy and if it's not cut right it just won't do anything. People never know how to cut it because they either leave it too heavy and then it just hangs there or they try to thin it out too much and again it just hangs there. I've learned over the years that the correct dry cutting technique is the only thing that makes my hair its best. Hiro knew exactly what to do to give it fullness body movement texture and it is so sexy and easy to do. When you get into your 50s you just want to feel like you still have your "Mojo" and hair is such a big part of how we feel. It's so awesome to find somebody who "gets" my hair and makes it so it's easy for me to do which is a super bonus! It just works no matter what I do and I am so happy and grateful to have found the perfect person for my hair. Thank you...
