I am a local business owner, and I was in the shop this morning and so disappointed with the handling of a couple of local men that come in to our place. They were having their boards waxed, and the service they received by the cashier/ employee who worked there was outrageous A young man who spoke with them was just way out of line. I wish that I would have been able to see the young man’s name tag, but he did not have one on. The young man had a small mustache and definitely not customer service oriented. Another employeee who had the face tattoos was actually very friendly and accommodating. I couldn’t catch his name either, but he went out of his way. to help the local guys. Read moreDo not waste your money here. Staff is extremely rude, not one of the 3 employees working said anything to us. We wanted to look at some sunglasses but 2 of the employees were to busy doing nothing but having a conversation between themselves. The other one just walked by us 2 times and ignored us, mind you we were the only customers in there. Hey good for nothing employees, if you hate your job "quit " and let someone who cares and has customer service experience work there!! What a miserable group of employees. Read moreguess I should have read the reviews before I rented a board here. they rental staff actually asked for tips. lol and the jacket I bought here had a hole in the pocket l. I wore it one time lost my cell brought in the jacket the next day.. Talked to the owner and he said I probably put the hole there. so he would not do a exchange or refund. go to the other shops . also charged my cc 400 $ for damage to a boot.
