Town & Country Furniture Market — Local services in Black Mountain

I found furniture that I loved in a local furniture store where I lived. Since I was moving to another state, buying from that furniture store wouldn't have been practical. I googled the bedroom set that I liked and Town & Country Furniture Market in Black Market, NC popped up. From my very first phone call (and there were many because I am a little OCD) I was treated as if I were an old friend. Dixie was the first person I spoke to and over the course of two months, I really felt like we were friends. I even sent recipes to their email address for all to share. I owe them a couple of dinners when I get to their area. After I spoke with Dixie and placed my order, I then began to speak with Chip, the owner. It is a family owned business that has been in business for over 30 years and I can understand why just by how I was treated. Because of their great customer service I not only ordered my bedroom set, but a dining room set,a chandelier for my dining room and four mattresses. All were sight unseen except the bedroom set and chosen with the help and advise of Dixie and Chip. When it was delivered (that is another great service they provide), I was beyond pleased. Everyone who has visited our new home loves all of the pieces. I will buy all my furniture from them and recommend everyone else to do the same. I haven't even mentioned their prices which were unbelievable and I would be surprised if they can be beat. The bedroom set that I found at my local furniture store had a king size storage bed, a dresser, mirror and a nightstand for $3,194. For $3,700 I purchased all of those pieces plus another nightstand and a chest of drawers. That price also included delivery and setup. The two deliverymen were the best. I can't sing their praises enough either. There was a glitch in the delivery of some of my pieces of furniture to their warehouse. We were moving into a new home and since we had ordered all of our mattresses from Town & Country Furniture Market we had no place to sleep. Chip knew this so he sent his people to deliver our furniture - a 6 hour drive away. They loaded up the truck as soon as all the pieces were delivered to the warehouse, drove the whole way and then proceeded to deliver and set up all of the furniture. They did not stop until the job was completed. They didn't even stop to eat. i told them they could just set up our bed and do the rest the next day, but they were committed to seeing the job through that night, no matter how long it took. I am impressed with everything that Town & Country Furniture does and has to offer. If you read this and don't reach out to them for the best deal and the best customer service you will be doing a disservice to yourself and your pocket book. This furniture store is the best that we have ever dealt with. We did our original house in Black Mountain 18 years ago. The furniture has held up so well that we did our new house with similar brands and different styles. The owner Chip Sobol was super helpful in showing us lots of pieces of furniture and looking for other things via catalog. His mom Beverly is terrific and is always there to help. We even ordered furniture and had it shipped to Florida ... better pricing than buying the pieces in FLorida! And great customer service too! Give them a try... I’d give them 6...

Chip owns a business with the core mission of customer satisfaction. My wife and I chose to buy from his store based on the recommendation from a furniture business in Johnson City. Chip spent a great deal of time with us at his store to be certain we found exactly what we were needing for our family.
