I recently began SkinPen treatments with Shannon as an additional way to address acne scaring and have been thrilled with the results even after one treatment. Shannon is well versed in microneedling procedures and making clients comfortable as well as knowledgeable of each step. I posted a year or two ago about a good experience I had with Kathryn for a service I saw her regularly for over the past few years. I wanted to update my review as I’ve had different service's since that review. I am probably very cautious compared to many who seek her expertise. Kathryn has never pushed me towards any services but gives me advice on the best options for me as an individual. I’m always thrilled with the results. Kathryn is upfront about pain and managing it during and after treatments. Prior, I saw Kathryn specifically for injectables but I now trust her for all of my aesthetic needs. Years ago I was really nervous about starting Botox and/or fillers. I didn’t want to look weird, fake or unnatural. I asked around and multiple women told me about Kathryn. It’s now been ten years and I’m so happy that I found her and with all of her work. I still even fly up to Boston to see her even though I moved to D.C. 4 years ago.
