The woman who did my hair was AMAZING! Such a great color and would 100% recommend her. However, when I booked my appointment I was told it would be 30% off because I was a first-time client, and then they charged me full-price. When I questioned them on this, the front desk woman gave me 10% off, but I didn't notice until I paid. Then when I checked my receipt I once again questioned why it was this price and she said "well, you already paid, so not much I can do now." I then gave her my number and asked her if she could confirm with the manager why I was charged full price and if I could receive store credit/money back, and was never followed up with, so will not be going back to them. Visiting Boston I needed my hair washed and blow dried. This was by far the worst hair experience I have ever had & I have had my hair done around the world with no problems. I was given a junior ( no option) who from the moment she started to dry my hair I knew it wasn’t going well. It didn’t. She then re washed my hair and started again. Disastrous! A different stylist tried to make my hair look normal but to no avail. The upshot is they didn’t charge me but I left there with my hair looking worse than when I went in. Putting the extortionate prices aside ( I was willing to pay ) ...if you do make an appointment there my advise is to ask if it is a stylist or unqualified junior you are getting for...

Been there twice, and they're great! Both haircuts have been exactly what I've asked for and I haven't had any of the stylists try to convince me of doing something else or sell me extra products, etc. My one gripe is the price. I expect a haircut with no extras to be around $100, especially in the financial district-but both my cuts have been $120+. $20 doesn't seem like it makes a lot of difference, but when adding a tip for the stylist it's a pretty hefty price.
