My first appointment with Dr. Beneski was stellar and exceeded my expectations on his holistic approach. So I naturally had high expectations for my second appointment and I was really looking forward to it. However, I waited like 30 mins to be seen and then when Dr. Beneski came in, he cracked my neck, tried cracking my scoliosis area that has rods and hooks from my surgery and told me to do pelvic breathing exercises. The appointment was maybe 10 - 15 mins tops. I was flabbergasted. He said he wouldn’t crack that area and I think he forgot. Fast forward to today’s appointment which was my third appointment to give benefit of the doubt. I had to reschedule and when I called, the front desk lady told me she accidentally checked me in with a different patient. I was appalled. She also mentioned the $25 same day cancellation policy. So hearing all this, mixed with my second appointment disappointment, I said I won’t reschedule then. She said okay. I check my account and $20 copay was already charged so I called back right away to make sure she doesn’t charge me twice. The front desk lady said she was charge $25 and I asked again because she didn’t answer my question, and she said she doesn’t know what happened. I said that it’s because she checked me in with the wrong patient. At that point she didn’t even say sorry or show any remorse. She said she’ll charge $5. This made me more mad. The right thing to do was for her to try to get me to reschedule so Dr. Beneski does not lose a patient. Instead she didn’t make the right decision and customer service was absolute crap. I am so very disappointed. If the front desk lady was better at her job, I maybe would’ve tried...
Read moreI first came to Dr. Beneski on recommendation of my primary care physician. I was having jaw pain that would not allow me to open my mouth. I could hardly fit a spoon in my mouth to eat. It was so bad I had to sip my food. The pain would effect everything I did because the jaw was always painful and tight. After meeting Dr. Beneski I had an exam that allowed me to understand what was happening in my jaw. I was glad he explained what he was going to do because the first visit was painful. This pain passed within moments and then I felt improvement. I could tell from the first visit that what he was saying was wrong was true and the program he planned made sense. Several weeks have passes and I am now able to eat as I please and the constant pain is gone. As a bonus my neck is also feeling much better and I feel taller. Dr. Beneski has now recommended that I get a bite guard so that the tension will not come back. The way he has explained it makes sense. Before you have a bite guard fit, you should solve the mechanical issues of the jaw so that you fit a bite guard to a good situation. Why put a bite guard in a bad mouth? I would recommend that before you go and spend $400-$500 on a bite guard you give Dr. Beneski a call. You might just save yourself a lot of...

I was able to trust him immediately, and we collaborated to address many of my specific muscular issues. Over time, he has helped me start to correct those issues and make a long-lasting impact in my day to day life. Todd bases his practice around what you need and what you want during any given session. We always have time to discuss how my stressors have impacted my body and we are continually building that professional relationship. I couldn't recommend him more highly. If you need a one-time massage or a regular therapist, he is definitely the guy to see. ...
