Beautiful Spring Nail Spa — Local services in Branson

I was referred by my elderly mother and she made the appointment. She lives near by and they have kept her nails done for a while. I was in town for a brief visit because my aunt passed away. When we arrived we were asked to choose a color. We were then asked if my current polish was regular or gel and I explained that I had regular on my toenails and gel on my fingers and my daughter had the same. Then they started freaking out because they only had me down for the mani/pedi and a pedi for my daughter NOT a mani/pedi for both. It was not a big deal, had they just explained in a regular tone of voice that they were over booked and could only accommodate us for pedicures, but they literally made us feel uncomfortable, unwelcome and that they were put out by us being there! Let me start off by saying your salon is beautiful and very clean; however when I walked in, there was one girl working on a client but did not once greet me, say hello or ask if I needed help. I stood there at least ten minutes at the desk and nothing. It was like I wasn't even there. The nail technician and the client proceeded to have a conversation which sounded very gossipy and drama filled....never once acknowledging my presence. As I walked toward the door to leave....still nothing. Just a quick glance from the client and I was gone. It was extremely unwelcoming and rude. I was in town for a wedding and looking to get my nails done beforehand. Not knowing the area, the bride gave me this salon name and address. If I could give 0 stars I would. First off I don't live around here was just here for the last 2 weeks on vacation. Went here to get my nails done due to all the great reviews. Went in and asked to have my nails done and the lady was so rude said no they don't have an opening today. Fine thats ok with me but it felt like the lady was just trying to tell me to get out she was busy and didn't want to deal with a new possible customer.
