Sunset Nightly Rentals — Local services in Branson

DO NOT book with Sunset! We arrived to Timeless Memories Lodge on December 26 2024 about 7 pm. We left at 1am on the 27th. We came as a family of 20 ready to spend two nights/days celebrating our "cousin crew" Christmas. By about 11-11:30 most kids and adults were in bed. I cleaned up and prepared for bed. upon pulling the covers back and laying down, I saw something crawl next to the 4 yr old in my bed. I smashed what I thought may be a spider, and noticed blood on my hand. flipped on lights to see bed bugs! woke everyone in house up and we began inspecting the 6 bedrooms in the house! All had signs of bedbugs. Live bugs were coming out of headboard in the room I was sleeping in! I have called and called! they did refund me but of course the vacation was ruined. I have requested to speak with owner multiple times and been denied. when I called today Casey(the manager) stated that the her Pest Control guy had went out and did not find any signs of bugs! please do not put yourself or your family though the chaos. Absolutely perfect condo. Close to the main strip, Wal-Mart and the performances are typically within ten minutes.

The 2 bedroom condo was well stocked with everything a person could want. It was immaculate with comfortable furnishings. This condo was as close to the pool as you could get which was a walk across the driveway (1 block at most).

I would recommend a king bed in each room vs. 1 queen and 1 king. King beds are much better for us older folks whose husbands snore while tossing and turning.

The communications was excellent for check-in, where to park, etc.

We would rent this unit...

Hook Wine and Sinker was the perfect house to celebrate my 50th birthday. Between 5 families there were 13 people that ranged from 5 months to 82 years old and we all thought the house and location were perfect! The house had everything you needed plus more. They had indoor/outdoor games, high chair, playpen, plenty of towels, the beds/pillows were comfy, and they had extra propane for the gas grill and fire pit.
