Zales Outlet — Local services in Branson

I recently got engaged and unfortunately my ring was too big. My fiance ordered it offline and was unable to send it back to get fixed. We proceeded to go to several (5!) jewelry stores to ask about getting it resized. Everywhere we went, we were told no. Several of them told us it wasn’t possible because of the ring type, gold plating, etc. Everyone was also very snooty. They kept trying to sell us their rings when I made it very known I loved my ring and didn’t want another one, I just wanted this one to fit. After a lot of disappointment, Zales was our last try. The gentleman named Casey who helped us first was amazing. He was very understanding and listened to all of our drama (thank you Casey!). He was very detailed in making sure he knew what I was wanting. It took about 20 days to come back but once it did, it was gorgeous and fit perfect!! Julie helped us when we came in to pick up. She was very sweet and we couldn’t stop thanking her for the amazing service we received. I went into sales just to browse around, Caroline and Julie were incredibly helpful. They were absolutely amazing and I ended up purchasing some earrings. We chatted for a little bit and Caroline showed me some other products, that I will probably be coming in for. I could not have asked for better customer service from Carolyn and Julie they were absolutely awesome. I highly highly recommend anybody that goes into Zales outlet to deal with Carolyn and Julie because they were very attentive and very very professional I really had a great experience at the Zales outlet in Branson. Since my last review I have visited Zales outlet several times and every time I go in Caroline has always been so professional so helpful always friendly and it's a pleasure going in there knowing she is going to show me anything and everything I want to look at never high pressure always friendly and most certainly always professional the whole staff at Zales outlet in Branson is top-notch the store always is clean inviting and the quality of the jewelry sells itself but nonetheless Caroline and the rest of the staff I could not ask for a better experience every time I...

My wife bought me a ring here with cash and was told to bring it back for a resize. So I did. After a 3 hour wait I was told "not sure we can re size, you'll have to wait to find out"

The next day I was told to bring it back that it could be resized. This time I waited 3 hours again while the sales lady traded me a gift card for the ring.

Now we have been stuck with a gift card for over a month that the company refuses to refund because we got tired of waiting for many hours getting nothing done.

We spoke to managers every time and kept getting the "I'm so sorry, I'm working with corporate on this" and making me wait. Hours.

In my call to corporate, trying to get my money refunded, it was explained to me that the store can very easily refund us or have a check written to us, but they were simply trying to get us to spend money there or believe we can't get a refund on a ring they sold us as "re sizable."

It feels like theft to me. This store is no longer on our list to ever do business with. Corporate in Ohio finally...
