Not only did the worker just had this constant silent judgemental look about her face as we browsed. But had music blaring so loud, we had to yell to get her attention. Her response is as you'd expect; agressively annoyed that she had to do work.

Once to purchase a flavored honey, we got slapped with a $2.99 fee, claiming the bag is mandatory because the one single item we were buying is breakable. To top that argument off, they have the audacity to slap another "inflation fee" on top of that at the end of the deal.

I wished I had the receipt to do more of the math. Unluckily for us, the woman claims their was no way for her to give us a printed copy.

horrible customer service, i BOUGHT 2 shot glasses for my mom, she did ask me if I wanted them in different bags not knowing that she wasn’t going to wrap them. She ended up putting both glasses in a paper bag that was not sturdy or safe. About 45 minutes after we left I was walking and the bag ripped and the glasses fell and shattered everywhere. We went back to the store expecting a refund or new glasses. When we showed them the hole in the bag and the shattered glasses to prove the bag was not sturdy enough and all they said was that they couldn’t give us a refund or new glasses. We ended up having to buy two new ones with no discount or anything. When trying to reason with them they were being very disrespectful and...

OMG- I can't believe the horrible customer service I just got from a 16 year old girl at the store. I'm searching for the phone number to call the owner because surely they won't be happy with how this worker just basically attacked me verbally after making a comment about her terrible customer service. Now that I see the other customer reviews I'm starting to think this is how they manage this place. It stinks because I was about to drop $200 and was just looking for help finding sizes but the girl who worked there couldn't...
