Like the reviews from @Megan Mobbs, @Roc Engle, @Damas Raine have all said, the customer service in this store is rude. As others have noted customers are treated like an imposition. I got a great deal on what I bought but Jiya on 1 Aug 21 at 1:47 PM is either the rudest or laziest person I have ever met in my life. Huffed when she had to be distracted from her phone to check me out and couldn't even be bothered with a hello or thank you when I apparently made her work.
Given the history of comments here, I'm guessing the store doesn't care. Could it be on account of it's in a high traffic area of an elite mountain tourist town so if this store treats guests rudely, there will be many more to...

The staff at the store said this rip happened to all of these boots but they have since fixed the design. Oh thanks. Read moreAwful customer service. I bought a $475 jacket from them, went home and tried it on with my ski pants and didn't like it. I brought the jacket back the following day with receipt and all tags still on it and they refused return saying it has been used. The jacket went from the store, home, and back to the store. Not used at all, tags still on, including the security ink tag they didn't remove upon my initial purchase. Now I'm $500 in the hole with a jacket I will never use. The employees were incredibly rude and weren't willing to work with me on anything. I recommend going literally anywhere...
