Mountain Time Escape Rooms - Avalanche Cabin — Attraction in Breckenridge

We did the outdoor adventure with our 4 kids, ages 12, 10, 7, and 5, after having asked twice if this would be a good option for them. After the first 1-2, we found most of the riddles were difficult/impossible to solve. It was also a sunny day which made looking at the iPad impossible for anyone else except the person holding it and reading the riddles. Even then, we had to find a shady place to do it. You are taken thru downtown Breckenridge which was fun, but then you are walking along a busy highway as you are stopping and trying to solve these riddles. This was our anniversary weekend, I was searching for escape rooms as we were driving into Breckenridge to participate in the String Cider and Sours Tasting this weekend, while we were there I noticed the escape room was right were the tasting event was so I booked on my phone. Note these are private rooms so if there are only 2 or 3 of you you will be paying for a min. of 4 people. I spoke with Reba she is super nice they are working on making that info. disclosed easier.

Avalanche Cabin - So Much Fun - We escaped with 18 mins to spare!

We've done lots of escape rooms and this particular one far exceeded our expectations! It was definitely worth the money. The room was well themed out, the puzzles were challenging yet able to solve. There were lots of surprises and interesting elements to the room. It was a little confusing getting to the escape room in the snow, because the booking office and the actual room are in two different places, but the booking agent was very helpful and even suggested where we could get free parking in a covered parking garage.
