Cashier was super rude. Young lady who was wearing a purple sweater today.

This is my first time here, when I was trying to checkout I asked her if I could use Apple Pay, she said yes unless it was a discover card because supposedly they don’t work with Apple Pay… I have been using it with Apple Pay and I have never had a problem with it but I let it go, it wasn’t really an issue with me. When I was getting my physical debit card, she asked me if I wanted a bag and I said yes, but at that instant I didn’t remember they charge per bag & honestly I didn’t need it for a small thing because I had another bag so I immediately said never mind, no, thank you. Of course in a nice way and even felt bad because she was already opening it. With a disgusting attitude she said “That’s why I asked!! “. I was so confused on the attitude!! I was being nice and honestly it was a little mistake because I forgot if not of course would of said no when she asked.

I absolutely felt horrible because I don’t think I deserved that treatment when I purchasing an item and I wasn’t even rude. I understand sometimes we have bad days, but that attitude was unnecessary. I hope this store treats other...

Avoid this shop at all costs! We went in and purchased over $75 of gifts, including four small items totaling about $10. When we got back to our condo that evening we noticed the small items weren't in our bag. Normally we wouldn't care but two of the missing items were gifts for our daughters who couldn't make the trip. When we went back the following night to ask for the items we paid for, they said they gave them to us and couldn't help us. They were unhelpful and rude -- and actually made us stand in the shop while the manager went over security footage (?!) to try to prove to us they did give us the items. (We still don't know what they saw on the footage.) When I insisted, they finally let us have three of the cheapest missing items and were very patronizing, saying we should let them when we found the missing items and please to try not to lose these. Needless to say, I couldn't wait to get out of this shop, and did NOT find the missing items. Please take your business elsewhere. There are so many wonderful, friendly people and quality businesses in this town. This was the only sour point in our trip. Go somewhere else. Save your business for...

We bought a few shirts for myself and my girls this past week, overall the shirt selection is great. HOWEVER, we were charged an extra $50! We did not purchase a single thing that was $50, or even two that added up to $50 together. We were under a time crunch as the kids were restless so I thought it was high but wanted to get out of the store. I looked at the receipt on our way out of Colorado and sure enough there was an extra charge in there. I even double checked everything we bought and it didn’t add up.
