Where to begin in singing the praises of Potts Chocolate? The craftsmanship, the quality, and the palate-pleasing creativity of these artisanal delicacies is unparalleled. And I consider myself a chocolate connoisseur. I have ordered Potts Chocolate many times for gifts and for myself. I have even commissioned custom designs for special events. The presentation is always flawless. Edible works of art. I hope one day to visit the source of it all, like Willy Wonka’s fabled factory, and experience the exquisite sights, smells and tastes in person. In Manhattan or Paris or Monaco, 16 tiny chocolates might go for $35 or $40 and be packaged in a beautiful box with fine note card and gold labels and stickers. They'd also be exquisite cocoa with varied notes of fruit, nut or flowers.

Not here. $50 in a soft cheap box with nothing fine and notes printed on a desk jet. The chocolates all have the same bitter notes and are generally unpleasant.

What a gem. Love the smell when they're roasting the beans. Had several bars. I'm not a dark chocolate fan, definitely more into the milk chocolate varieties. Having said that, the quality of their bars is top notch.

Only tried several Belize bars and a Vietnamese chocolate bar, but they were amazing. Happy to support a bean to bar chocolate proprietor.
