I just had the worst experience of my entire life at this pharmacy. I have been a loyal customer for years and years getting the same two prescriptions. I moved a month and a half ago due to the hurricane to St Pete and they will not fill my prescriptions anymore even though they're both something that you need and cannot go without. I requested a 72 hour prescription to hold me over and was told no. I requested a valid reason why they were not filling my prescriptions because moving 45 mins away is not is not a valid reason they did not have a valid reason they just told me because I moved. makes no sense tyou can get that with her without a prescription by the way they're supposed to help me find another pharmacy to fill my prescriptions none of the pharmacies in St Petersburg is taking new people so they should not be throwing me out on the street like they are the manager came up and you know what she sat there and smiled the whole entire time while kicking me out of the store I can't wait to let Walgreens corporate know about these girls not only that I'm going to sue them. They are using their power holding my prescriptions right over the counter against me for what I don't know but they're using their power in a wrong way and you know what they're going to learn what it's like to have somebody complain and sue them for it not fair I didn't even have to tell them that I moved and I shouldn't have clearly they all should be fired and should not be helping human beings that they're supposed to help by hurting them. Their manager is a disgrace she sat there and smiled the whole time like she liked doing this to me. They clearly have no idea how much chaos they have caused in my life and how it has made me feel I am on the edge as it is and guess what they just pushed me over causing me all sorts of chaos for no reason whatsoever is absolutely ridiculous disgusting and heinous they all should be fired they should not be working with the public. Life is hard enough I don't know why they had to make mine so difficult last month and this month I have no idea and I will never understand it disgusting. I am disgusted and I know my rights and they are very wrong and unethical for everything that they've done and I'm going to prove it. This is how Walgreens treats a customer of 10 years then I am Happy to not be one. I now have zero faith in the public and people they have literally made me feel so terrible I can't even tell you I have had it with human beings everybody can go kick rocks. I needed one month of a prescription filled and I was going somewhere else next month you think they could just do that for me no they couldn't do that for a customer of 10 years is that not sad it's very sad I don't recommend this pharmacy I don't recommend going in here if you don't want to be pissed off by the manager I am so sick of what this is done to me I can't even tell you I am sick over it they clearly don't want me as a customer and I don't know why I've never caused one problem with them at all not one till the way I was treated which is just wrong. They should all be ashamed of themselves for the way that they treated me for no good reason whatsoever it doesn't make their lives any harder I'm the one that has to drive the 45 minutes I'm the one that has to be told no by them I'm the one that has to waste four trips to freaking 45 minutes drive back and forth it's not them they don't have to do anything to fill my prescriptions what is wrong with...

Evening store manager Niki is definitely not manager material. I called seeking a medication I saw they carried in store verified online. I called the store to ensure it was there as I had just had my wisdom teeth pulled and not supposed to drive my husband was going to get it and she told me they didn’t have it when I called so quick that I hesitated to hang up because I knew there was no way in that two story floor store anyone would remember each and every product. She did not offer to check. I ended up ordering thru Uber to save my husband the trip in case it wasn’t in the store. Of course it was. I called back to let Nicki know they do in fact carry it and in the future if she could maybe even just say I don’t know, it much better then saying no. I wouldn’t care so much if it were a basic retail store but they carry many otc meds that are essential to so many people and to tell someone no can be detrimental to someone’s health. Niki copped an attitude at this point and became very sarcastic and condescending. Definitely does not have the capacity of a manager if she really is one, I certainly wasn’t rude but...

Great people work here. Put on a hot day when I’m trying to grab a drink and spend my money here.But today was unpleasant for me. Simply over the fact that I was waiting in line and then I was told that somebody else was in front of me although they were standing in a separate line. I was standing on the spot where it says please wait here down and empty I’ll while another aisle was backed up. It doesn’t make sense to me that you’re going to have 20 people in one line when there’s two cashiers. I’ve spent thousands of dollars at this Walgreens over the years since it opened up. From day one. I’m in the hospitality industry on this beach as well. And I think it’s uncalled for to not let me purchase some thing when I was standing in a line that was empty With one customer checking out.

If there is two lines two cashiers then that’s what it is. And just because every other customer wants to follow the crowd and chooses to back one line up down an aisle doesn’t mean I’m going to go and stand in it.
