To start, I was called to the store to pick up an order that was supposed to be shipped to my address. The representative said that someone forgot to put in an order to ship my item, but I can just pick it up and bring an ID. When I arrived at the store, the representative verified both my mailing and physical address and had printed out the paperwork in regard to my order. On his way to get my order from the back, the assistant manager, Carrie or Karene( one of the names), chimed in to say I needed my lease to pick up my order. I told her I do not have a lease because the home is payed for and is now a family home. She then stressed that I needed to contact the tax office to get documentation of my residence there. She then asks me about my pay to which I said that information was verified with loss prevention online and on the phone to which she stressed that she needed to know as well. I chose to pay my bill the 1st of each month to which she constantly kept encouraging me to change the date so that I would be able to pay and then give me a pamphlet stating if I cannot pay my bill to reach out! I am a nurse! I do not need no one looking out for me paying any bill. Then she questioned how I do not have a landlord given its a family home. She was so inappropriate and had the NASTIEST attitude! I understand that customers are going to get disappointed from time to time, but to be absolutely rude and demeaning is unacceptable. Read moreI’ve shopped at Aaron’s before and had a great experience, which is why I came back but this time around was a complete disappointment. The current team is a mess. The store manager, Zach, clearly lacks any sense of professionalism or regard for customers. And Brittaney, the sales manager, has zero customer service skills. She was dismissive, unhelpful, and acted like she was doing me a favor just by talking to me.
It’s a shame how far this location has fallen. The previous staff actually cared they were attentive, respectful, and made me feel like my business mattered. Now, it feels like the exact opposite.

Read moreThis isn't in regards to this location. However, I think the actually website should re-worded when delivery is. There statement says delivery between 2-3 days. That's not correct. It should be call between 2-3 days. Delivery is based on the location. In my case it's usually a week out.
