There is literally at another Starbucks about 5 minutes away go to that one save yourself some time.
They messed up my order once before so I gave them a second try but I will never go again if I have a choice.
This place is notorious for an extremely long line oh, they take a very long time. When I went yesterday it was around 11:30 12:00 so lunch Rush. We order on the app to pick up but we're sitting in line and it takes 5 minutes to get to the order screen we let them know that we have put in an order and if it was okay to pick up at the drive-thru when they said it was fine and we went to the window and they had one drink but not the other drink and then instead of us just waiting for the drink there they told us to pull forward and they would bring it to us. When we got to the door we waited outside for another 5 to 10 minutes before I had to go inside where they said they didn't even know we were waiting and that we had to have a drink but my drink was sitting behind the counter not where you pick it up and I reached over to get it because I saw my name on it and saw it was my order but it was lukewarm as it has been sitting there for a while. There was two employees on the register when there was nobody not doing anything there were three behind the counter but only two of them were making a drink and the manager was walking back and forth I guess try to help but it looks like nobody was knew what they were supposed to be doing except for two people and...
Read moreWhile I understand this location can be busy the employees need to listen to the customers, we actually are the ones that ensure they have a job. I went in couple weeks ago and the lady at the window, as I was asking her if she could add a gift card to my card, scanned my gc to pay for my order. I said I wanted you to add this to my card and she said you have enough on this one. Then replied I know but now I don’t get my points. Her response was I’m sorry. Today I ordered a cold brew which you could see through. I said wow that looks thin to which I was told people have said that all morning. I left and as I was driving I tasted the drink and turned around. I asked if I could just get an ice coffee if the cold brew was not ready. I got it and as I tasted it I didn’t like it, very bitter. I called to see when they would have some new cold brew to which I was told they didn’t know bc it was still brewing so couple hours. These drinks are not cheap so if you don’t have the proper drink stop giving bad product on purpose, then just saying I’m sorry. I will never go back to this...

Service is regularly extremely slow and is actually the slowest service I've experienced at a Starbucks (and I frequent locations throughout the USA almost daily). During one attempted visit, a team member warned me that they were 30min behind before I even ordered, so I left.
On my most recent visit, I ordered a frappe and a croissant and ended up requesting that my croissant be re made/warmed due to my beverage not being ready almost 25min later. Yes! 25min for a basic frappe. Also, I saw an associate use her bare hands to remove egg from a breakfast sandwich before heating it for a customer. Not certain if this is normal protocol for food handling at Starbucks, but I was quite disappointed- especially during COVID times.
