Five Below — Local services in Colonial Heights

I went in this store yesterday (I parked right in front of the door) and purchased some items. That included a balloon, as part of a gift I was making for someone. By the time I got to the car the balloon was gone. I went back into the store and showed the tall young Black man that he hadn’t properly secured the balloon. I like the original 5 Below better. It feels cramped in this store for some reason. The girl working the front was bot very nice. I walked up to a self checkout with no one else in line and said hello. I got no greeting and she made me move to a different one so she could keep the others open for cash, THERE WAS NO ONE ELSE IN LINE!!! It’s 10:30am on a Sunday, Oct 20th. They are supposed to open at 10am, doors are locked. Employee is outside trying to get in. I told her to call her Manager… she says she doesn’t give them her number. Looks like someone needs to be fired and get a manager. Very unprofessional from a manager!
