I walked in expecting the Claireâs I used to know and love where everyone was friendly and even if they didnât exactly like the job, they toughed through it. I needed having to leave and come back as I couldnât get anybody to help me until later, I wanted my ears pierced and before having ask many different associates to help before even one accepted, I was still passed by and downright ignored by employees. Once I finally got somebody to pierce my ears they ran through the rules, suggestions and directions like a robot and never spoke to me throughout the entire piercing with the deadest and more impolite face, they didnât give me the earrings I had asked for, and whatâs worse is they pierced them catty cornered, which means I have to jiggle and practically re-pierce my ear every time I put an earring in. I sat in my bathroom for a solid thirty minutes trying to shove this poor thing into my ear with no luck to find out she pierced them angled downward to a point I was the put it in almost all the way down for it to be in the correct spot to got through the piercing.    Read moreIf I could leave a negative star review, I would. My wife and I decided, to take some items back, after we decided, that we couldnât afford them. The price to quality ratio, of their jewelry is severely lacking. Although we were, at the head of the line the manager, who was running the register, made my wife and I wait until she checked out the entire line and until she pierced two customers. She made it known, to the entire store, that she couldnât help pierce customers, because she was processing a return, which she clearly wasnât. This tactic and the tactic, of making my wife and I wait as she checked out other customers, we clearly meant, to make us upset. So, we would leave. Having trained people, in customer service, for over twenty years, I know, for a fact, that these tactics are nonsense and that they have no business, being used, in a retail setting. They show nothing, but unprofessionalism, and they show nothing but disrespect, towards your customers.    Read moreHad an appointment today at 11am. When we arrived the location was dark and closed. It was a Saturday and a bday gift for our daughter that she had been excited about. We had our appointment confirmed by text and email several times so we felt good about that. We waited and tried to reach this store but no one answered. We waited 15 min past the appointment time and left to find another place to do ear piercing. No way did I want them to rush it. We were left scrambling to find another place for our daughter. We went to Ulta across the street and they were able to fit us in and it was AMAZING. I should have checked with them in the first place as the service and experience with Ulta felt more comfortable and upscale compared to what we would have experienced at this place.
