I rarely take the time to write reviews but after the experience I had over the weekend I felt compelled to share. I purchased a ring from this store about 9 months ago. I was careful to remove the ring before using hand sanitizer or washing hands but still started to notice the gold on the underside and on the prongs that held the stone started to turn copper-colored. I brought the ring in this past weekend (without my receipt). I explained to the sales girl that I only bought it 9 months ago and showed her what happened. I asked if they had a way to fix it or anything like that. Without asking any more questions or asking me to present any sort of proof of purchase, she told me that they would replace it. She took it to the back and brought out a brand new one, just like the one I had purchased and allowed me to try it on. Once I confirmed it was the right size, she sent me on my way and gave me some more tips for how to prevent that from happening again. I was blown away at the level of customer service and the ease of the whole interaction! Being in a sales role myself, I can appreciate that this type of interaction is not a salesperson's favorite, as she would make no money on this transaction. But despite that, she still was friendly, professional and very helpful. I wish I had gotten her name to give her the praise she deserves. I walked in disappointed and questioning whether or not I would be purchasing Kendra Scott jewelry again and I left very satisfied and assured that I in fact would be purchasing there again. I am already planning what pieces I will buy in the future! Thank you to this store and the salesperson who helped me! Your customer service does not...
Read moreDuring my recent visit to Kendra Scott, my friend and I had an unfortunate encounter with an employee, Emily T. She went so far as to make specific comments like "I hate that the brand is like this," implying that the products are tailored only for skinny individuals. During our interaction, Emily T. conveyed that, in her opinion, the necklace extenders wouldn't significantly impact the chain's fit due to their small design. She presented the longest necklaces available in stock, measuring 32 inches, suggesting that these were the only ones suitable for our neck size. She indicated that the standard, commonly sold chain sizes would be too small for us. These remarks, especially made in front of other customers, were not only unprofessional but also raised concerns about the brands inclusivity. I urge the management to address this promptly to ensure a more respectful and welcoming environment for customers of all body types. Is this the standard upheld by Kendra Scott? Is this the way women are treated...
Read moreI went in to the store to make an exchange for a better fitting bracelet. Mind you I am a guy and I had absolutely zero clue what I was doing as far as how it should fit or what to take into consideration, but the staff was very upbeat and proactive with answering all of the answers I needed as well as asking about things I should take into account with the product. After making a very smooth exchange, I came across a necklace that I had been searching for but not in this instance. Again, the staff did everything they could to help answer questions and were very considerate. I don’t know how many reviews I’ve done, not many, but if you’re looking for great products paired with top notch customer service, shop here 7 days a week…. and...
