I often frequent diffrent Panera's being part of the Sip Club. This is my local one and it is not well kept. Often beverages are empty and when you ask them to refill it they don't for a long time. Sometimes I have to wait an hour to get the type of coffee I ordered before they fill up the coffee. Employees are usually rude. This has been like this since I've moved here earlier in the year.
Today they are short staffed (like so many of them) and they had to shut down the register and use the kiosk. Im used to that, but today an older lady verbalized to a gentlemen behind the counter that she was struggling with the kiosk and he was saying he wouldn't help her because they were short staffed. I found this unacceptable and rude. I'm used of the rudeness I often find from the employees at this location and just don't say anything because it's my local one and don't want to create a fuss. But being rude to someone else, that's too much for me I guess. Though keep in mind, they have been rude to me here most days. I just don't have the gas money to go the other local Panera.
Do better Panera.
P.S. I did step up and help the lady because she was clearly confused about the Kiosk. It took two minutes. It was clear that she struggled with reading English. She spoke it well. She was still learning to read it. There didn't seem to be a language button or help button on the...
Read moreI'm in a unique situation where I have been evicted due to my disability even though that is against the law FHA. The Franklin County municipal Court has allowed this, The shelters are full and on top of that they're unable to accommodate my disability. Perhaps this is why evicting someone with a disability is illegal .so I'm in a circumstance sometimes where I have to. Let's just say use a restroom or you know freshen up which I did at this location. And I also want to say that the bathrooms were in immaculate condition. I was not treated less than even though I had a couple of bags with me and I do try to be very low key about my situation. I am a paying customer and rewards member. I'm not just coming in to use your restroom. Thank you for your kindness.
2 23 2024 I'm a disabled person using the restroom in there. I took a little long because I had to somebody kept coming and opening the door a little bit and letting it shut. It happened multiple times, I just want to say as a disabled person who was evicted because of their disability. Despite that, that's against the federal housing act and the Franklin County municipal Court allowed it and green quarters LLC demanded it and the legal aid society supported it. That's why you don't evict disabled people from their homes over their disabilities because then we're in the Panera...
Read moreOm. This is the worst panera ever. Firstly, Panera is a scam when it comes to their deals. On the website, there was a soup and half tuna salad for if it's over $7 so, I go ahead and click on it, and then I asked me for my zip code I put it in and all of a sudden all the soup and sandwich dishes disappear from the menu I call them and talk to three separate people and eventually they tell him to come to the store. I get to the store and then they tell me that they don't know anything about that. So I order a full meal with a salad and then they leave out my salad so I called them so that they can get my salad ready before I get there because I am on a Time crunch. The girl could not spell Elizabeth. She said she had a problem with spelling. So I'm thinking okay how weird if you cannot spell Elizabeth so I start spelling it for her she has me spell it three times and on the fourth time I just told her that I don't want to be rude to her so she just needs to get me somebody else and then she hangs up! I had had Panera before covid and it was really good for some reason everything was just mediocre at best. At least the soup was hot. That was the only good thing about this whole experience. The squash soup was so sweet, it...
