If it was possible to give negative stars I would. First off, there were a total of 5 separate times in a row where I attempted to visit this location, only to be turned away due to them "not having an ingredient" to make whatever it was I was ordering. This included breakfast and dinner. Disclaimer this ones a long one, so if you just want the summed up version, scroll down to the last paragraph.
Fast forward to now. The family and I decide to try out lunch hour, and instead of going through the drive through, we decide to eat inside. Little did we know that would be our first mistake. They have added in a self order screen in the dining room, much like the ones seen in McDonald's, but according to the service we received, that machine pretty much mean that the staff doesnt have to pay attention to the lobby at all. After we order on the screen, we had to pay with cash. So we figure no big deal, walk over, pay, then get our food. Except we forgot to add the 15 minute wait for someone to acknowledge we existed before we could actually pay. Keep in mind, there was 1 car in the drive through, two people in the dining area who already had food. And one person who had paid and was waiting. It was not busy, and there was no rush to speak of when this was going on.
Once we finally were able to pay for our food, our order was able to be put in and actual get started. We waited about 10 minutes for our food (keep in mind we are a family of 4, and we got very basic burritos and tacos, with fiesta potatoes being our most complicated item) took our tray to our table, and happened to notice we had no forks for our potatoes. At first we figured they were next to the kids, straws, and spoons. Nope. Not a fork in sight. No big deal, we can just go ask for some real quick. Right? Absolutely wrong! My wife volunteered to go up and get some for us, and comes back, 10 minutes later, with one fork! As my wife is sitting down. I can tell she is livid at what has been going down as one of the worst "fast food" experiences of our lives. But then, I hear the lady at the counter calling out my wife's name, stating " here, I have more". I could tell by her face she was tired of dealing with them altogether, so we let then know that one would be fine, and proceeded to share what we had.
The overall experience we had wasn't about being treated rudely or given attitude, but more about how there was no treatment at all. These people acted as if we were not even there, and that nothing we wanted or needed mattered to them. On top of us waiting so long for our food, we witnessed 2 other customers come in, stand for 20 minutes then just leave cause they were sick of not being helped. My wife and I even took time to show people where the order screen was so they didn't have to wait...but even then, they still were waiting around 15 minutes or so. Meanwhile, the drive through is starting to actually get cars, which are being served before anyone else who was there in the dining room first. And you know the best part of this whole thing? I ended up getting food poisoning from the food in the end, which I cant help but wonder if it was because of how long our food sat in the back before they acknowledged it was our order and called our name. Wither way. It was the last straw with this location, and possibly this...
Read moreEvery time I order from this specific taco bell part of my order is wrong. The most recent example being a quesadilla combo and a cravings box. I didn't even get a soft taco, let alone the lettuce and tomato I requested be removed from the quesadilla combo. On top of that, there was no chicken on the chicken quesadilla. In the cravings box, I requested chicken as the meat for everything, and no sour cream. It didn't get a soft taco, nor did it come with cinnamon twists. Instead of what's supposed to come in the combo, I received a chipotle ranch chicken burrito, a cheesy gordita crunch with beef, and a five layer burrito with beef and sour cream on it. My previous order was nearly as bad, with sour cream being on everything and my soft taco had no fillings other than chicken and cheese. I have never been to a taco bell that screws up this badly on repeated occasions. On top of that, I had to wait 45 minutes to get my food because, yet again, something was wrong with their system at this location. Just go to the taco bell in front of Kroger down the road if you want your order to be right...
Read morePulling into the parking lot there was no exterior lights turned on at 8pm. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes to have our order taken. After we had someone ask for our order they were annoyed I asked for the lights to be turned on so we could read the menu. We sat another 10 minutes till we got to the window where we saw a blue haired female cashier argue with the vehicle in front of us. When I gave her my card at the window she walked away with it out of sight and came back goofing off and hitting another male staff member. The whole team seemed to not care or just goofing off. After getting what they said was our order (we ordered 5 items total) the food wasn’t ours and there were 12 items in our bag. When I said it wasn’t our order she closed the window and we had to drive around to go inside to deal with it. A manager said he would fix it and then never saw him again while I was there. They messed up our remake and had to make it again for a THIRD time. It took almost 30 minutes from sitting in drive thru to having...
