HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES resulted in an absolutely TERRIBLE experience!! Ordered the "Mezcal Passion" and "Mezcal Maid" Both listed at $12 a drink. (Cocktails $12 unless stated otherwise on the right of the item as clearly seen in the photo). Instead of being honorable and showing integrity, the bartender LIED to my face just to finesse me out of $6 by charging me $30 for the drinks instead of $24. Mind you, I was ok with the $4.50 fee for the automatically included tip but that should have brought my total to $28.50 not $34.50. This was my very first time here and only ordered the 2 drinks. Unless you want to be robbed by your bartender, I suggest you take your money else where. I could only imagine how many people get one too many drinks in them and wake up the next day with a ridiculous amount of money taken out of their bank account. I want to love this place, but I've had one too many bad experiences and can't continue to return. Bartenders seem irritated by patrons (especially when asking for water, full priced and tipped). I also had one night that they ran my card 3 times without me knowing. I reached out several times (including calling & messaging) to resolve this issue and no one responded or reached out. The ceilings are very low, which might be appealing to some, but it truly feels like a small cave, so at least they got the name right. I'm not claustrophobic, but I did not enjoy the space. Bathrooms are nearly impossible as there's just a small bathroom for the space and I've never seen the line shorter than about 15-25 minutes. They do have a few nice lights to utilize for events, but it's nothing to write home about. Overall it's unlikely I'll be back or recommend to friends for...

I was there with some friends to celebrate a birthday around two weeks ago, drove by and thought I should put down a review. We got a VIP table for around 6 people and we all fit pretty comfortably, the overall vibe of the place is really nice, the addition of the crystals and buddhas accentuated that unique feel. Everyone in the group loved the latino music and the service, the bottle girls were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed even when it got busy. They also brought her free bottle of champagne with sparklers and a birthday sign to celebrate her 25th. The only downside to the place is that later in the night when more people start coming in it gets warm. Overall we all had an amazing time and the drinks were great, I suggest the Caipirinha and my friend said that the Moscow Mule was really good. I would definitely recommend...
