Tortilla — Restaurant in Columbus

UPDATE: They new guy they hired is great. He goes above and beyond to make the customers happy. Now they deserve a 5 star.

I have been to this place a few times and tried a couple of their items including burritos, quesadillas, and churros. They all have been really tasty, until my last visit. The ingredients are fresh and delicious but the last time I went there the girl working there ruined my burrito. She probably didn’t speak English and/or was her first time making a burrito. She didn’t do any of the things I asked her to do. At the end, when I asked for sour cream, she took a BIG spoon of hard sour cream and just throw it to the middle. She also didn’t wrap the burrito properly and it fell apart in the two bites.

Went to the food truck today to get a bowl. I told the guy that there was a lot I couldn't eat, so asked if he could, for example, give me a lot of lettuce. Maybe it was foolish of me to go to a Mexican food truck on a low carb diet, but when Qdoba comes to the med center I'm always very satisfied with their portions.

None of the 4 ingredients I was able to eat were larger than a standard size. When I asked for guacamole, he said it would be extra. I paid $11 for this. What a joke. I wasn't asking for anything extravagant, just maybe hook it up with the lettuce and add some guac. And at the end of the day, the tiny amount of chicken I did get was extremely dry. Will not be coming back and will be advising my coworkers to skip moving forward...

The food is severely tasteless and greasy. The whole bottom of my container is soaking with grease, the concept is of Chipotle as far as ordering, but somehow they still managed to completely mess my order up it's as if the put what ever they decided on my bowl. Considering they are only one of 2 food tucks in the commons there is not much choice but they should atleast serve...
