La Camisa T-Shirts & Sweats — Local services in Coronado

I really wanted to give two stars but could not find redeeming qualities. Unfriendly staff and poor customer service. T-shirts outside have fade marks from the sun. They do not allow you to buy the same, unfaded T-shirts folded inside due to “store policy.” It is wrong to sell old, sun-worn, defective products, especially when you have new ones inside that you forbid customers from purchasing. A couple stores down is selling exactly the same T-shirts (unfaded!) for 4 for $20, instead of 4 for $30. I felt ripped off by this establishment considering the shirts are identical brands, products, and designs, not to mention they probably buy the shirts in bulk for less than $1 each. Due to my unpleasant shopping experience, I would not return nor recommend visitors...

Honestly wish I could give this store 10 stars! My family and I popped in a couple weeks ago and purchased some stickers. When we got home, my son accidentally dropped one of them in the toilet. I reached out to the store to see if I could purchase another one online and they kindly sent us a replacement, free of charge. Absolutely blew me away with how kind and gracious they were! Tried to buy something using cash and they still put in a credit card fee. When asked why the guy said oh i assumed you were paying with a card and can’t take the fee off. Seems like a way to scam people out of money. I do understand they don’t want to pay the fee but don’t say I can’t take it off. Seems like bad business practice. Beware when you buy something here that they might add...
