I was so disappointed in this beach. The hotel and restaurants with all the seating are very pretty and have a good vibe, but the ocean itself was so ugly, dirty and BROWN! I was born and raised in Californian and have never seen such an ugly piece of ocean. It made sense as my husband and I were walking and saw signs warning people not to get in the water, ad it’s contaminated by sewers waste. I looked it up and sure enough, it apparently contains all the sewage waste from Tijuana. So disgusting.
