I am utterly disappointed with the service we received at this day spa during what was supposed to be a relaxing mother-daughter spa day. Frankly, I wish I had checked Yelp or Google reviews before even considering this establishment.

Upon arrival, I couldn't help but notice the lackluster appearance of the facility. It seemed more like a hastily put together nail salon with a vague spa theme rather than a serene oasis. However, I decided to proceed because of the glowing remarks from a few customers who raved about their massages while we were waiting.

Our massages were decent, I'll give them that. The therapist attending to me was attentive to my preferences regarding pressure, although the constantly shifting headrest and the unfortunate instances of my lips touching metal detracted from the experience.

The real disappointment came with the facial. Not only was it subpar, but the products used felt like they were straight out of a deep fryer – oily and heavy. To make matters worse, both my daughter and I ended up breaking out afterward. For the hefty sum of $380 plus tip, I expected far better quality.

Despite the lackluster facial, I tried to salvage the experience as quality time with my daughter. However, any semblance of enjoyment was shattered when the massage therapist had the audacity to show entitlement over the tip.

When I suggested splitting the tip between her and the other lady, she had the nerve to claim she deserved more because she supposedly worked harder. The sheer arrogance in her tone and the dismissive "That's ok" that followed left me speechless and utterly disheartened.

Needless to say, I will never set foot in that establishment again, nor will I recommend it to anyone seeking a genuinely enjoyable spa experience. The disappointment we experienced on multiple levels is simply...

I was given a Groupon to this Spa for a couple's massage service. My fiance and I were so excited to use it, unfortunately we had to cancel the morning of the appointment and we only made the appointment 20 hours in advance. When I called to cancel the lady with a thick Asian accent yelled at me, and told me that I should have provided them my CC info so they can charge me for canceling it, and that she's going to punish the new girl that reserved my appt for not doing it right!

A couple of months pass and the Groupon is expired, but I can still redeem the paid price, so I make an appointment for a single massage to use up the value. After giving her my number, she says she remembers me canceling last time, and starts yelling at me that if I cancel again she will charge me $40 for cancelling the appointment months ago and redeem the Groupon voucher without providing service! 5 minutes later she calls me back, and states that she called Groupon and that she will give me a shorter massage. As in due to my prior cancellation I can't redeem the full service for the money I paid!!!

I'm going to call Groupon and get my money back because this kind of HORRIBLE customer service, and for a spa to yell at me over the phone!! I never even want to step foot in that place!! Absolutely outraged, and...

Overall I had a great experience with the Swedish massage, and she was very attentive to my needs. She even took a few minutes extra to get the knots out of my shoulder. The only reason why I wouldn’t rate it five stars, is because she said I am required to leave a tip. No where on Groupon does it stipulate that, I was going to do so anyway, but I didn’t have time to stop at an atm and all had in cash was enough to pay for the massage. Upon informing her of this I told her that my car is right out in front, and ill have to grab my wallet. She then mentioned that I would need to leave my phone, as if I was lying to her and skipping out on giving her a tip. I am a professional who refuses to leave my phone with anyone, let alone to be told to leave my phone she then seemed upset. As I gave her my debit card, she told me that she would have to pay a $3 charge and leave her a $25 tip. Now to point this out I don’t mind leaving a tip, but to be told that I have to leave one and a particular amount is just ridiculous, made me second guess leaving a tip. Enjoyed my massage but the service afterwards was just so appalling, not going back...
